Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1における電池パック構造を示す分解組み立て図である。図2は、図1中に示す電池パックの完成図である。図中に示す電池パックは、ガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジン等の内燃機関と、充放電可能な2次電池(バッテリ)とを動力源とするハイブリッド自動車に搭載されている。
図4は、この発明の実施の形態2における電池パック構造を示す斜視図であり、実施の形態1における図3に対応する図である。本実施の形態における電池パック構造は、実施の形態1における電池パック構造と比較して、基本的には同様の構造を備える。以下、重複する構造については説明を繰り返さない。
Claims (6)
- 正極端子および負極端子を有する蓄電部と、
前記蓄電部を収容するケースとを備え、
前記ケースには、前記蓄電部と隣り合って前記ケース内に配置される機器であって、前記蓄電部に電気的に接続される前記機器に、前記ケースの外側からアクセスするための開口部が形成され、さらに、
前記正極端子および前記機器に両端が接続され、前記蓄電部からの放電電流が流れるプラスケーブルと、
前記負極端子および前記機器に両端が接続され、前記蓄電部に向けて充電電流が流れるマイナスケーブルとを備え、
前記ケース内に前記機器が配置されていない状態で、前記プラスケーブルの長さが、前記正極端子と前記開口部との間の最短経路の長さよりも短い条件と、前記マイナスケーブルの長さが、前記負極端子と前記開口部との間の最短経路の長さよりも短い条件との少なくともいずれか一方を満たす、電源パック構造。 - 正極端子および負極端子を有する蓄電部と、
前記蓄電部を収容するケースとを備え、
前記ケースには、前記蓄電部と隣り合って前記ケース内に配置される機器であって、前記蓄電部に電気的に接続される前記機器に、前記ケースの外側からアクセスするための開口部が形成され、さらに、
前記正極端子および前記機器に接続される一方端および他方端を有し、前記蓄電部からの放電電流が流れるプラスケーブルと、
前記負極端子および前記機器に接続される一方端および他方端を有し、前記蓄電部に向けて充電電流が流れるマイナスケーブルとを備え、
前記プラスケーブルおよび前記マイナスケーブルは、前記ケース内の所定の位置に固定される第1および第2の固定部分を前記一方端と前記他方端との間にそれぞれ有し、
前記ケース内に前記機器が配置されていない状態で、前記第1の固定部分から前記他方端までの前記プラスケーブルの長さが、前記所定の位置と前記開口部との間の最短経路の長さよりも短い条件と、前記第2の固定部分から前記他方端までの前記マイナスケーブルの長さが、前記所定の位置と前記開口部との間の最短経路の長さよりも短い条件との少なくともいずれか一方を満たす、電源パック構造。 - 前記蓄電部は、積層された電源セルを一体に挟持するプレート部材をさらに有し、
前記第1および第2の固定部分は、前記プレート部材に固定されている、請求項2に記載の電源パック構造。 - 前記機器は、前記蓄電部の充放電電流の流れを遮断する電流遮断部を有し、
前記開口部は、前記ケース外から前記電流遮断部にアクセス可能な位置で開口している、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電源パック構造。 - 前記ケースは、前記蓄電部と前記機器とが隣り合う方向に沿った長手方向と、前記長手方向に直交する短手方向とを有し、
前記開口部は、前記ケースの前記短手方向における一方端側に形成されており、
前記機器は、前記プラスケーブルおよび前記マイナスケーブルが接続され、前記ケースの前記短手方向における他方端側に設けられた端子部を有し、
前記正極端子および前記負極端子の少なくともいずれか一方は、前記ケースの前記短手方向における他方端側に設けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電源パック構造。 - 前記蓄電部は、リチウムイオン電池である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電源パック構造。
