Description
ノズル73から噴出した燃料は空気孔74を通って同軸状の噴流となって燃焼室に流入し、上流側から流れてくる高温ガスにより燃焼反応が進む。
空気孔の直径Dが小さくその分、数を多く設置した図15(e)の場合は、燃料と空気がバーナから細かく分散して供給されるため、短い距離で均一に良く混合し、より低NOx性能を重視する場合に適している。図15(f)のように空気孔直径Dを大きくして空気孔の数を少なく配置する場合には、混合距離が長く必要で、均一性もやや損なわれるため低NOx性能はやや劣るが、製作工数の削減が図れるとともに要求される製作精度も比較的粗くでき、コスト低減に重点をおく場合に有利である。
Claims (5)
- 燃料と空気とを混合燃焼させる燃焼室と、
前記燃焼室に気体燃料を噴出する複数の燃料ノズルと、
前記燃焼室の壁面に配置され、前記気体燃料と空気とを燃焼室に噴出するように複数の空気孔を有する部材とを備え、
燃料噴流とそれを包み込む空気の環状流が、前記燃料ノズルから噴出した前記気体燃料が前記空気孔を通過する際に形成され、前記空気孔を出た後に拡大するよう構成され、
前記燃焼室内に再循環流を形成し、前記再循環流に向かって、前記燃料ノズルからの燃料噴流とそれを包み込む空気の環状流が複数供給されるよう構成されていることを特徴とする燃焼器。 - 請求項1の燃焼器において、
前記再循環流は、前記燃料ノズルと前記空気孔少なくとも一方に付与された旋回角により与えられた、前記燃焼室の軸周りに旋回する成分により形成されることを特徴とする燃焼器。 - 請求項2の燃焼器において、
前記再循環流は、前記部材に設けられた空気孔のない領域または空気孔の面積の小さな領域に向かう流れであることを特徴とする燃焼器。 - 請求項3の燃焼器において、
前記部材に設けられた空気孔のない領域は、前記部材の中心に設けられていることを特徴とする燃焼器。 - 燃料と空気とを混合燃焼させる燃焼室と、
前記燃焼室に気体燃料を噴出する複数の燃料ノズルと、
前記燃焼室の壁面に配置され、前記気体燃料と空気とを燃焼室に噴出するように複数の空気孔を有する部材とを備えた燃焼器の運転方法において、
燃料噴流とそれを包み込む空気の環状流を、前記燃料ノズルから噴出した燃料が前記空気孔を通過する際に形成し、前記空気孔から前記燃焼室に噴出させて拡大させ、
再循環流を形成するように空気及び燃料を前記燃焼室内に供給し、前記再循環流に向かって、燃料噴流とそれを包み込む空気の環状流を複数供給することを特徴とする燃焼器の運転方法。
