Description
Claims (10)
- 第1の列の共振器であって、該共振器のそれぞれがそれぞれの電磁放射に共振するように構成され、該共振器の少なくとも2つが相互に異なる前記それぞれの電磁放射を受信して当該それぞれの電磁放射にそれぞれ共振するように構成された当該第1の列の共振器と、
前記共振器のそれぞれに被変調信号の少なくとも一部分を伝達するための第1の導波路であって、各共振器は当該共振器の前記それぞれの電磁放射に対応する前記被変調信号の特定の一成分をそれぞれ受信して共振するように構成された第1の導波路と、
放射源からの電磁放射を前記被変調信号へ周波数変調して該被変調信号を前記第1の導波路に出力するための周波数変調器と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記共振器は2次元で配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記共振器のうちの1つ又は複数に結合される拡散体をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の導波路は反射終端部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の導波路に結合された第2の列の共振器と、
前記第2の列の共振器に結合される第2の導波路とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の導波路は、前記被変調信号の第1の部分を受信するように構成される第1の端部と、前記被変調信号の第2の部分又は前記前記被変調信号の前記第1の部分を受信するように構成される第2の端部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記周波数変調器は赤色光を含む第1の被変調信号と、青色光を含む第2の被変調信号と、緑色光を含む第3の被変調信号とに変調するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記周波数変調器は第1の色の光の第1の濃淡を含む第1の被変調信号と、前記第1の色の光の第2の濃淡を含む第2の被変調信号とに変調するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 導波路に近接して一列の共振器を、各方向に複数の共振器を有する2次元アレイとして形成し、該共振器の少なくとも2つが前記導波路を伝搬する周波数変調された信号の互いに異なる成分を受信してそれぞれに共振し、特定の共振器により受信され共振された前記周波数変調された信号の成分は当該特定の共振器の共振する電磁放射に対応するようにすること、
前記一列の共振器に含まれるひとつあるいは複数の共振器に拡散体を結合すること、
を含み、
放射源からの電磁放射が周波数変調されて前記周波数変調された信号の前記成分を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記共振器は、ドーピング、フォトリソグラフィ及びコンタクトプリントから成る一群の製造ステップのうちの少なくとも1つによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
