Claims (4)
- 大型金属試料を熱処理するためのシステムにおいて、該システムが、
導波管を備えたマイクロ波加熱装置と、
温度をモニタおよび測定するための手段と、
前記金属試料を保持するための保持手段とを含み、
前記保持手段が、箱構造体を含み、該箱構造体は、炭化ケイ素のグリットを混合された低密度アルミナ・キャスタブル材からできており、前記低密度アルミナ・キャスタブル材は低密度アルミナ繊維材料により覆われており、
前記箱構造体は、空洞を画定するようになっており、前記空洞の内壁に沿ってサセプタを備え、該サセプタが、炭化ケイ素でできている、システム。 - 前記マイクロ波加熱装置が、マイクロ波発生器及び制御装置である、請求項1に記載されたシステム。
- 前記保持手段が、熱処理を施すべき試料を前記空洞内に収納するようになっている、請求項1に記載されたシステム。
- 前記低密度アルミナ繊維材料が、1450℃グレードの低密度繊維材料である、請求項1に記載されたシステム。
