Description
A)1〜95重量%のポリブチレンテレフタレート以外の熱可塑性ポリエステルと、
B)1〜95重量%の熱可塑性ポリブチレンテレフタレートと、
C)式(I)の1種以上のホスフィン酸塩および/または式(II)の1種以上のジホスフィン酸塩および/またはこれらのポリマー;
R1およびR2は、同じであるかまたは異なっていて、水素および/または直鎖状もしくは分岐状のC1〜C20アルキル、および/またはアリールであり、
R3は、直鎖状または分岐状のC1〜C10アルキレン、C6〜C10アリーレン、またはC1〜C6アルキルアリーレンもしくはアリール−C1〜C6アルキレンであり、
Mはアルカリ土類金属、アルカリ金属、アルミニウム、亜鉛、チタン、ジルコニウム、ケイ素、スズ、および/またはプロトン化された窒素塩基であり、
mは1〜4であり、
nは1〜3であり、かつ、
xは1または2である)
であって、310℃未満の、好ましくは280℃未満の、特に好ましくは250℃未満の、非常に特に好ましくは220℃未満の温度で溶融する特性を有するもの1〜30重量%と、
D)0.5〜25重量%、好ましくは1〜20重量%、特に好ましくは5〜15重量%の、窒素含有化合物とリン酸もしくは縮合リン酸との少なくとも1種の反応生成物と
を含む熱可塑性成形組成物を提供する。
R1およびR2は、同じであるかまたは異なっていて、水素および/または直鎖状もしくは分岐状のC1〜C20アルキル、および/またはアリールであり、
R3は、直鎖状または分岐状のC1〜C10アルキレン、C6〜C10アリーレンまたはC1〜C6アルキルアリーレンまたはアリール−C1〜C6アルキレンであり、
Mはアルカリ土類金属、アルカリ金属、アルミニウム、亜鉛、チタン、ジルコニウム、ケイ素、スズおよび/またはプロトン化された窒素塩基であり、
mは1〜4であり、
nは1〜3であり、かつ、
xは1または2である、
式(I)の1種以上のホスフィン酸塩および/または式(II)の1種以上のジホスフィン酸塩および/またはこれらのポリマーを含む。
ジメチルホスフィン酸、エチルメチルホスフィン酸、ジエチルホスフィン酸、メチル−n−プロピルホスフィン酸、メタンジ(メチルホスフィン酸)、ベンゼン−1、4−(ジメチルホスフィン酸)、メチルフェニルホスフィン酸、ジフェニルホスフィン酸である。ホスフィン酸の塩は、公知の方法によって製造することができ、EP−A−699 708により詳細に記載されている。ここでは、ホスフィン酸を、水性溶液中で、金属炭酸塩、金属水酸化物、または金属酸化物と反応させている。したがって、本発明の目的のためには、特に好ましいホスフィネートは、ジメチルホスフィン酸、エチルメチルホスフィン酸、ジエチルホスフィン酸、およびメチル−n−プロピルホスフィン酸の亜鉛塩、ならびにまたこれらの混合物である。ジエチルホスフィン酸の亜鉛塩(亜鉛ビス[ジエチルホスフィネート])が非常に特に好ましい。

Xは、
・80×10×4mm試験片(ISO 178またはISO 180/1Uに準拠)
・UL94 V試験用のASTM標準試験片
・DIN EN 60695−2−1グローワイヤ試験用の試験片。
成分A:約0.74cm3/gの固有粘度(フェノール:1,2−ジクロロベンゼン=1:1中25℃にて測定したもの)の線状ポリエチレンテレフタレート
成分B:約0.93cm3/gの固有粘度(フェノール:1,2−ジクロロベンゼン=1:1中25℃にて測定したもの)の線状ポリブチレンテレフタレート(ポカン(Pocan)(登録商標)B1300、ランクセス・ドイツ社、独国レーバークーゼン(Lanxess Deutschland GmbH,Leverkusen,Germany)から市販の製品)
成分C:亜鉛ビス[ジエチルホスフィネート](クラリアント社、独国フランクフルトアムマイン(Clariant GmbH,Frankfurt am Main,Germany)製のエキソリット(Exolit)(登録商標)OP950)
成分 成分/1:式(I)の系(式中、R1=R2=エチルであり、M=アルミニウムである)[EP−A 803508/EP−A 944637による]
成分 成分/2:メラミンシアヌレート(チバ社、スイス国バーゼル製のメラプール(登録商標))
成分D:メラミンポリホスフェート(チバ社、スイス国バーゼル製のメラプール(登録商標)200/70)
成分E:硫化亜鉛
成分F:シラン含有化合物でサイジングされた直径10μmのガラス繊維(CS7967、ランクセスN.V.社、ベルギー国アントワープ(Lanxess N.V.,Antwerp,Belgium)製の市販の製品)
成分G:熱可塑性ポリエステルで普通に使用される離型剤、例えばポリエチレンワックスまたはペンタエリスリチルテトラステアレート(PETS)
化合物H:さらなる添加剤
使用したさらなる添加剤は、熱可塑性ポリエステルで普通に使用される以下の成分を含む:
核剤:0.05〜0.65重量%の量のタルク[CAS番号14807−96−6]
熱安定剤:0.05〜0.65重量%の量の、フェニルホスフェートをベースとする通常の安定剤。
Claims (8)
- A)1〜95重量%の熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレートと、
B)1〜95重量%の熱可塑性ポリブチレンテレフタレートと、
C)1〜30重量%の、亜鉛ビス(ジエチルホスフィネート)と、
D)0.5〜25重量%の、メラミンポリホスフェートと、
E)0.1〜10重量%の、酸化亜鉛、硫化亜鉛、およびホウ酸亜鉛から選択される少なくとも1種と、
G)0.01〜5重量%の少なくとも1種の滑剤および/または離型剤と、
を含む、熱可塑性成形組成物。 - 成分D)が、5〜15重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性成形組成物。
- 成分F)0.1〜60重量%の、シランをベースとするカップリング剤システムを用いた表面改質を有する1種以上のガラス繊維、をも含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性成形組成物。
- 成分H)それぞれ全組成物に基づいて0.01〜40重量%のさらなる添加剤、をも含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性成形組成物。
- 前記成分を、溶融押出によって前記の重量割合で混合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性成形組成物の製造方法。
- 射出成形または押出によって請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性成形組成物から得ることができる、繊維、箔、および成形品。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の成形組成物を、射出成形手順において、ランナーシステムを用いて少なくとも4つの金型に装入する工程によって達成できる、多数個取りシステム。
