Description
mM・xSiOy・zH2O ・・・ (I)
[式中、Mは、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、チタン、カルシウム及びジルコニウムからなる群から選ばれる金属、これらの金属の酸化物又は水酸化物、及びそれらの水和物、またはこれらの金属の炭酸塩から選ばれる少なくとも一種であり;m、x、y及びzは、それぞれ1〜5の整数、0〜10の整数、2〜5の整数、及び0〜10の整数である]で表される無機化合物が挙げられ、該無機化合物は、カリウム、ナトリウム、鉄、マグネシウム等の金属や、フッ素等の元素及びNH4−等の基を含有していてもよい。
Al2O3・nH2O ・・・ (II)
[式中、nは0〜3である]で表される化合物である。
十分に窒素置換した拌翼つきの5リットルオートクレーブに、シクロヘキサン 3000g、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)12g、1,3-ブタジエン 200g及びスチレン 100gを加え、オートクレーブ内の温度を21℃に調整した。次に、n-ブチルリチウム 1.50gを加えて昇温条件下で60分間重合し、モノマーの転化率が99%であることを確認した。その後、老化防止剤として、2,6-ジ-t-ブチル-p-クレゾール3.5gを加え、更に常法に従って乾燥して、液状スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体(液状SBR)を得た。
ランボーン式摩耗試験機を用い、室温におけるスリップ率60%での摩耗量を測定し、比較例1のゴム組成物の摩耗量の逆数を100として指数表示した。指数値が大きい程、摩耗量が少なく、耐摩耗性に優れることを示す。
レオメトリックス社製メカニカルスペクトロメーターを用い、せん断歪5%、温度60℃、周波数15Hzでtanδを測定し、比較例1のゴム組成物のtanδを100として指数表示した。指数値が大きい程、ヒステリシスロスが大きく、操縦安定性が良好であることを示す。
JIS K6301-1995に準拠して室温で引張試験を行い、加硫したゴム組成物の引張り強さ(Tb)を測定し、比較例1の引張り強さを100として指数表示した。指数値が大きい程、耐破壊性が良好であることを示す。

Claims (7)
- ポリスチレン換算重量平均分子量が300,000〜4,000,000のスチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム(A)60〜75質量%とポリスチレン換算重量平均分子量が400,000以上で且つシス-1,4結合含量が70%以上のポリブタジエンゴム(B)25〜40質量%とからなるゴム成分100質量部に対して、ポリスチレン換算重量平均分子量が5,000〜200,000の液状スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体(C)10〜200質量部を配合してなることを特徴とするゴム組成物。
- 前記スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム(A)は、結合スチレン量が20〜50質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム(A)は、ブタジエン部のビニル結合量が30〜60%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記ポリブタジエンゴム(B)は、シス-1,4結合含量が90%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記液状スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体(C)は、結合スチレン量が20〜70質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記液状スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体(C)の配合量が、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して20〜100質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1又は5に記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物をトレッドゴムに用いたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
