また、本発明は下式(A)で表される環状シロキサン化合物を含む細胞または臓器の培養基材に関する。
があげられる。
プレート表面の濡れ性・べたつきについて、得られたプレートの表面状態について、指でこすり、感触(ぬれ、べたつき、タック)を確認し、官能評価を行なった。
作製されたプレートを人工涙液(0.7%リゾチーム水溶液)に16時間または40時間浸漬した後、プレートに付着した脂質付着量をGC/MSD(5973N MSDシステム、Agilent Technologies製)を用いて分析した。
作製されたレンズの20℃における屈折率(Na−D線)をアッベ屈折計(1−T、(株)アタゴ製)を用いて測定した。
作製されたレンズのDkを、酸素透過測定装置(理化学精機工業(株)製)を用いて電極法により測定した。
プレートを生理食塩水中に16時間浸漬して水和させた後に、表面の水を軽くふき取り、重量を測定した(W1:g)。105℃に設定した乾燥機にプレートを16時間入れ、ついで、デシケーター中で室温まで冷却した後に、乾燥したプレートの重量を測定した(W2:g)。以下の式により、含水率を算出した。
(W1−W2)/W1 × 100(%)
万能材料試験機(Model 4301、インストロン ジャパン カンパニイ リミテッド製)を使用して引張試験を実施し、それぞれ、プレート5枚について測定した平均値を算出し、ヤング率とした。ヤング率は、伸びを示すものであり、値が大きいと伸びが少なく、小さいとよく伸びることを示す。
突抜強度試験機を使用し、プレートに20g程度の荷重をかけ、30秒後、60秒後の応力を読み取り、初期荷重値との比較からそれぞれの緩和率を以下の式により算出した。それぞれ、プレート3枚について測定した平均値を算出し、緩和率とした。応力は、反撥力の指標であり、値が高いと元の形状にもどりにくく、低いともどりやすいことを示す。
