Claims (2)
- 軸物ワーク測定時に軸物ワークを直接固定して、治具を用いることなく軸物ワークを回転しながら測定するための円テーブルと、
該円テーブルとテールストック間に常時挟持されると共に、箱物ワーク測定時に該円テーブルに固定され、箱物ワークを所定角度に保持しながら測定するための箱物ワーク用治具と、
前記円テーブルと箱物ワーク用治具を連動させるための、前記円テーブルのピン挿入穴に着脱可能とされた切換ピンとを備え、
箱物ワーク測定時は前記切換ピンを前記ピン挿入穴に挿入して、前記円テーブルの回転に連動して前記箱物ワーク用治具を所定角度に回動させて箱物ワークの測定を可能とする一方、軸物ワーク測定時は前記切換ピンを前記ピン挿入穴から抜いて、前記円テーブルと箱物ワーク用治具の連動を絶ち、前記円テーブルの回転にかかわらず前記箱物ワーク用治具を、軸物ワークの測定範囲外の待機位置に固定して、円テーブルに固定した軸物ワークの治具を用いない測定を可能にしたことを特徴とする形状測定機。 - 前記ピン挿入穴における切換ピンの有無を判別するセンサを備え、前記ピン挿入穴における切換ピンの有無により、実行可能なパートプログラムが箱物ワーク用又は軸物ワーク用のいずれか一方に制限されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の形状測定機。
