Description
1.ライナを反転させる(ライナを裏返す)のに必要な力。この力は、ライナの厚さ、材料の種類、及びライナ厚さと直径との関係によって変わる。
2.反転装置から反転ノーズ部までライナを引っ張るのに必要な力。
3.ライナを反転装置によって引っ張るのに必要な力。
付けを示す。バルクヘッドフィッティング201はねじ山部204aを有する管状部204と、現場硬化型膨張ライナの下流に突出する孔の形成されたフランジ202及びテーパー状の空気/水蒸気の障蔽203を備える。ライナは図12(a)から(d)に示すように、反転ライナ206であるか、又は図13(a)から(d)に示す引き込み及び膨張ライナ207とされる。どちらの場合であれ、バルクヘッドフィッティング201はウェビング又はストラップ208を用いて膨張ライナ内に設置される。このウェビング又はストラップ208は、ライナの下部を通り、フィッティング201の各側にあるラチェットストラップ209によってバルクヘッドフィッティング201と結合される。
Claims (5)
- 第1の出入りポイントから第2の出入りポイントまで可撓性樹脂含浸管ライナを挿入し、ライナと既存輸送管路を一致させ、ライナの樹脂を硬化させる前記第1の出入りポイントから前記第2の出入りポイントへの既設輸送管路の非開削更生方法であって、
前記第2の出入りポイントにポーティングスリーブに取り付けられたバルクヘッドフィッティングを備え付け、
前記ライナを前記第1の出入りポイントから第2の出入りポイントの前記ポーティングスリーブを通じて挿入し、
前記ポーティングスリーブに対して前記ライナを押し付けるように膨張させ、
前記ライナの内側の圧力を保ちながら、前記バルクヘッドフィッティングを開き、前記ライナに開口部を形成し、
前記ライナを萎ませることなく、前記バルクヘッドフィッティングを通じてポートを形成し、
運ばれたバルクヘッドフィッティング上に排出ホースを設置し、
前記ライナの内部に水蒸気を導入し、前記水蒸気をライナに貫流させ、排出ホースを通じて排出させ、
前記ライナの樹脂を硬化させる方法。 - 前記ライナを既設輸送管路内に引き込み、前記ポーティングスリーブを通すことにより、前記ライナが既設輸送管路に設置され、また前記ライナは膨張ブラダによって膨張される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポーティングスリーブを通じて前記ライナを反転させることにより、前記ライナが、第2出入りポイントの前記ポーティングスリーブに設置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ライナが空気で膨張される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記バルクヘッドフィッティングをポーティングスリーブ上に設けることが、向かい合った開口端および前記開口端の間に伸張する側壁を有するポーティングスリーブを設けることを含み、前記バルクヘッドフィッティングは前記側壁上に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の方法。
