交換
原子炉圧力容器10内の炉心スプレー管路を交換するために、既存のT−ボックス/サーマルスリーブ組合体は、任意の適切な方法によって炉心スプレーノズル安全端部42から取外される。T−ボックス取付け組立体32もまた、例えばロール切断、従来型の水中プラズマアーク切断及び/又は放電加工(EDM)によって、炉心スプレー分配ヘッダパイプ18及び20(「炉心スプレーライナ」とも呼ばれる)から取外すことができる。

Claims (7)
- 炉心スプレーノズル(44)用の炉心スプレーT−ボックス取付け組立体(32)であって、
主十字ウエッジ(54)と、
前記主十字ウエッジ(54)に接することにより十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)を形成する副十字ウエッジ(55)であって、前記十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)が、前記炉心スプレーノズル(44)の安全端部のボア(68)の内部に挿入されて該安全端部のボア(68)の内側収束部分(70)と係合することにより前記内側収束部分(70)をシールする機能を発揮する、副十字ウエッジ(55)と、
前記炉心スプレーノズル(44)と前記炉心スプレーT−ボックス取付け組立体(32)との中間位置に配置され、前記十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)に接するスパイダ(52)と、
前記十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)の中心部分の第1の軸方向穴(136)と前記スパイダ(52)の中心部分の第2の軸方向穴(138)に係合するドローボルト(59)と、
を具備する炉心スプレーT−ボックス取付け組立体。 - 前記主十字ウエッジ(54)が、第1のウエブ部材(57)間で延びる第1の支持部材(154a)と第2の支持部材(154b)とを具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の炉心スプレーT−ボックス取付け組立体。
- 前記副十字ウエッジ(55)が、第2のウエブ部材(57)間で延びる第3の支持部材(155a)及び第4の支持部材(155b)を具備することを特徴とする請求項2記載の炉心スプレーT−ボックス取付け組立体。
- 前記第1、第2、第3及び第4の支持部材(154a、154b、155a、155b)は、前記十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)の外表面を構成すると共に、前記炉心スプレーノズル(44)の前記安全端部(42)の前記ボアの前記内側収束部分(70)に係合するように傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項3記載の炉心スプレーT−ボックス取付け組立体。
- 前記炉心スプレーノズル(44)は安全端部(42)を有し、前記十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)を、前記安全端部(42)の前記ボアの前記内側収束部分(70)に対してシール状態で当接するように引っ張るクランプ組立体(25)をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の炉心スプレーT−ボックス取付け組立体。
- 前記クランプ組立体(25)が、原子炉容器壁(12)に当接するように押圧され、かつ、前記T−ボックス取付け組立体を原子炉圧力容器(10)の中心の方向に引っ張るように調整することが可能に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の炉心スプレーT−ボックス取付け組立体。
- 炉心スプレーノズル(44)用の炉心スプレーT−ボックス取付け組立体(32)であって、
主十字ウエッジ(54)と、
前記主十字ウエッジ(54)に接することにより十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)を形成する副十字ウエッジ(55)であって、前記十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)が、前記炉心スプレーノズル(44)の安全端部のボア(68)の内部に挿入されて該安全端部のボア(68)の内側収束部分(70)と係合することにより前記内側収束部分(70)をシールする機能を発揮する、副十字ウエッジ(55)と、
前記炉心スプレーノズル(44)と前記炉心スプレーT−ボックス取付け組立体(32)との中間位置に配置され、前記十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)に接するスパイダ(52)と、
前記十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)の中心部分の第1の軸方向穴(136)と前記スパイダ(52)の中心部分の第2の軸方向穴(138)に係合するドローボルト(59)と、
を具備し、
前記主十字ウエッジ(54)が、第1のウエブ部材(57)間で延びる第1の支持部材(154a)と第2の支持部材(154b)とを具備し、
前記副十字ウエッジ(55)が、第2のウエブ部材(57)間で延びる第3の支持部材(155a)及び第4の支持部材(155b)を具備し、
前記第1の支持部材(154a)、前記第2の支持部材(154b)、前記第3の支持部材(155a)及び前記第4の支持部材(155b)が互いに結合されて、前記十字ウエッジ部分組立体(53)は連続的な円筒形を形成する
