Claims (4)
- 絶縁基材と、該絶縁基材の表面に、前記絶縁基材の長手方向に沿って配置された金属材料からなる電線と、該電線を覆うように前記表面を被覆する絶縁被膜と、を備えた配線フィルムを有したワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記電線は、前記長手方向と直交する方向に間隔をあけて複数配置されており、
前記絶縁基材の一方の表面には、前記長手方向に沿って、底部から開口に向かって広がり形状となり、かつ、前記開口の縁部と、前記底部とが丸みを有した溝部が複数形成されており、該各溝部には、該溝部を充填するように前記各電線が配置されており、
前記ワイヤーハーネスは、前記長手方向を軸芯として、前記溝部の開口が前記軸芯に対して外側に向くように、前記配線フィルムをロール状に巻いて成形されていることを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。 - 前記ワイヤーハーネスは、前記軸芯を中心軸として前記配線フィルムを螺旋のロール状に巻いて成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記ワイヤーハーネスは、複数の前記配線フィルムで多層に巻いてロール状に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記ワイヤーハーネスの外周面に、絶縁被覆材が被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のワイヤーハーネス。
