Description
Claims (12)
- ダイヤフラム弁において、
第一の位置と第二の位置との間にて行程軸線に沿って動く形態とされたダイヤフラム組立体であって、上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)と、下方ダイヤフラム膜(220)とを有し、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜及び前記下方ダイヤフラム膜は、スピンドル(210)により隔てられた関係に保持され、少なくとも前記上方ダイヤフラム膜は、弾性材料から製造された、ダイヤフラム組立体と、
頂部密封面(226)と底部密封面(228)とを形成する弁体(206)であって、 前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)が、前記ダイヤフラム組立体が第一の位置にあるときに前記頂部密封面(226)を密封するように構成され、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(220)が、前記ダイヤフラム組立体が第二の位置にあるときに前記底部密封面(228)を密封するように構成された、弁体と、
前記弁体(206)の頂側部に装着された頂部板(202)であって、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜の外端縁が、前記弁体(206)と前記頂部板(202)との間に保持された、頂部板とを備え、
前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)は、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)の中心が前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)の前記外端縁により画成された平面の下方に伸びる湾曲した形状を有し、これにより、前記ダイヤフラム組立体が、前記ダイヤフラム弁内に取り付けられて、前記第一の位置又は前記第二の位置にあるとき、前記ダイヤフラム組立体は、前記第一の位置に向けて付勢される、ダイヤフラム弁。 - 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、
前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)に装着され且つ前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)を取り囲むと共に、前記弁体(206)と前記頂部板(202)との間のシールを形成する頂縁部(214)と、
前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(220)に装着され且つ前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(220)を取り囲むと共に、前記弁体(206)と前記底部板(204)との間のシールを形成する底縁部(222)とを備える、ダイヤフラム弁。 - 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)は、実質的に円形の形状である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)は、実質的に楕円形の形状である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)は、実質的に矩形の形状である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)は、ポリウレタンからなる、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(220)は、弾性材料からなり、かつ前記下方ダイヤフラム膜の中心が前記下方ダイヤフラム膜の外端縁により画成された平面の下方に伸びる湾曲した形状を有し、これにより前記ダイヤフラム組立体が前記ダイヤフラム弁内に取り付けられたとき、前記ダイヤフラム組立体が前記第一の位置に向けて付勢されるようにした、ダイヤフラム弁。
- ダイヤフラム弁にばね荷重を加える方法において、
下方ダイヤフラム膜をスピンドルの第一の端部に取り付けるステップと、
前記スピンドルを弁体の中央開口部内に挿入するステップと、
ボウル形状を有し且つ弾性材料からつくられた上方ダイヤフラム膜を、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜に対して隔てられた関係で前記スピンドルの第二の端部に取り付けるステップと、
前記ダイヤフラム弁が第一の位置にあろうと第二の位置にあろうと、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜の前記弾性材料及び形状が、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜に不作動位置へとばね荷重を加えるためのばね力を発生させるように、頂部板を前記弁体の頂側部に装着し、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜の端縁を前記頂部板と前記弁体の頂側部との間に捕捉するステップとを備える、方法。 - 前記頂部板は、レーザ溶接により前記弁体の頂側部に装着される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- スペーサを前記上方及び下方ダイヤフラム膜の間の前記スピンドルに取り付けるステップを更に備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- スピンドルキャップを前記スピンドルに取り付けるステップを更に備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記頂部板が前記弁体に装着される前に、前記弁体の前記頂側部に形成された溝内に前記上方ダイヤフラム膜に装着された縁部を着座させるステップであって、前記頂側部の前記溝が前記中央開口部を取り囲む、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜に装着された縁部を着座させるステップと、
底部板が前記弁体に装着される前に、前記弁体の底側部に形成された溝内に前記下方ダイヤフラム膜に装着された縁部を着座させるステップであって、前記底側部の前記溝が前記中央開口部を取り囲む、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜に装着された縁部を着座させるステップとを更に備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
