Claims (5)
- 2枚の4角形の外包材同士を3辺で溶着し、残りの1辺に配置された開放部分からコア材を挿入して前記真空断熱材を形成し、該真空断熱材の内部を真空引きするとともに予め凹凸形状を形成した上下金型の間に前記真空断熱材を設置してクランプすることで前記上下金型の凹凸形状を前記真空断熱材の表裏面に転写した後、前記開放部分を熱溶着することを特徴とする真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記凹凸形状が曲面形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材の製造方法。
- コア材を2枚の外包材で内包して真空引き及び封止形成された板状の真空断熱材を、予め凹凸形状を金型表面に形成した2つのロール金型の間に挟み込むことで、前記ロール金型の凹凸形状を前記真空断熱材の表裏面に転写することを特徴とする真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 前記真空断熱材は、前記コア材が挿入されていない外包材部分で、2つ以上の真空断熱材同士が接合されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の真空断熱材の製造方法。
- 2枚の外包材間にコア材を挿入した後、真空チャンバ内で前記コア材を内包するように前記外包材の周囲を封止して真空断熱材を形成し、該真空断熱材を予め凹凸形状を形成した2つのロール金型間に挟み込むことで、該ロール金型の凹凸形状を前記真空断熱材の表裏面に転写し、前記コア材挿入の工程から前記凹凸形状の転写工程まで連続的に行うことを特徴とする真空断熱材の製造方法。
