Claims (3)
- 回転部と静止部との隙間の、その回転部および静止部のうち、いずれか一方にシールフィンを備え、前記シールフィンに対峙する前記回転部および静止部のうち、いずれか一方の基材にアブレイダブル層とボンドコート層とを組み合せた被覆層を備えたシール装置において、
前記ボンドコート層は、Ni基合金鋼、コバルト基合金鋼のうちいずれかをガス炎溶射およびプラズマ溶射のいずれかで生成し、気孔率が2.0%以下に維持される構成にしたことを特徴とするシール装置。 - 前記ボンドコート層は、線膨張係数を、基材の線膨張係数とアブレイダブル層の線膨張係数との中間値に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシール装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載のものを流体機械に適用することを特徴とするシール装置。
