Description
本発明の利点は、本発明による燃料噴射システムの加熱の考え方が、制御装置プラットフォーム及び使用された燃料弁の形式とは無関係である、という点にある。何故ならば、加熱可能なアダプタは、直接噴射式の燃料噴射弁内にも、また吸気管内噴射のための燃料弁にも使用することができるからである。
本発明の実施例が図面に概略的に示されていて、以下に詳しく説明されている。
図1は、本発明による燃料噴射システム1を示している。この燃料噴射システム1は、少なくとも1つの燃料噴射弁1aと加熱可能なアダプタ1bとを有しており、このアダプタ1bは、燃料レール1cと、燃料噴射システム1の燃料噴射弁1aとに接続されており、この場合、燃料レール1c内にサーモスイッチ2が設けられている。このサーモスイッチ2は、外部の接点を形成する装置3に、また加熱可能なアダプタ1bに接続されている。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの燃料噴射装置(1a)と加熱可能なアダプタ(1b)とを備えた燃料噴射システム(1)であって、前記アダプタ(1b)が燃料レール(1c)に及び燃料噴射システム(1)の燃料噴射弁(1a)に接続されている形式のものにおいて、
燃料レール(1c)内にサーモスイッチ(2)が設けられていて、該サーモスイッチ(2)が、外部の接点を形成する装置(3)と加熱可能なアダプタ(1b)とに接続されており、該加熱可能なアダプタ(1b)が燃料噴射弁(1a)内にそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする、燃料噴射システム。 - サーモスイッチ(2)がサーモセンサを有している、請求項1記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 加熱可能なアダプタ(1b)内に電気式の加熱エレメント(5)が設けられている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射システム。
- サーモスイッチ(2)がサーミスタ又はバイメタル板として構成されている、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射システム。
- サーモスイッチ(2)が耐圧性の材料より成っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射システム。
- サーモスイッチ(2)の表面(6)が耐燃料性の材料より成っている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射システム。
- サーモスイッチ(2)が燃料レール(1c)内に存在する燃料(8)内に完全に浸入するようになっている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射システム。
- サーモスイッチ(2)が少なくとも2つの電気式の接続部(7,7a)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射システム。
- サーモスイッチ(2)の電気的な接続部(7a)が前記外部の接点を形成する装置(3)に接続されている、請求項8記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記外部の接点を形成する装置(3)の閉じたスイッチ位置(9)が、サーモスイッチ(2)を操作するための前提条件である、請求項9記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記外部の接点を形成する装置(3)が、ドアスイッチ、遠隔操作装置又はシートセンサである、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記外部の接点を形成する装置(3)が、内燃機関の運転とは無関係に操作可能である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射システム。
- ドアスイッチの操作が、ドアの操作と連結されている、請求項11記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記外部の接点を形成する装置(3)とサーモスイッチ(2)とがそれぞれ1つの閉じたスイッチ位置(9)を有している時に、加熱可能なアダプタ(1b)の電気式の加熱エレメント(5)に給電される、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射システム。
