Claims (16)
- 車両用空調装置(4)の冷媒サイクル(2)を調節するための方法において、
基本調節回路内で蒸発器温度(VT)の目標値(SW(VT))が設定され、この目標値に基づいて蒸発器温度調節器(16)によって蒸発器温度(VT)を調節するための操作量(U)が求められ、この操作量が付加的にファン制御部(26)に供給される方法であって、
操作量(U)が、蒸発器温度(VT)を0%〜80%の第1範囲(BI)内で調節するために圧縮機制御部に供給され、
操作量(U)が、蒸発器温度(VT)をファン制御部(26)の70%超の第2範囲(BII)内で調節するためにファン制御部に供給される方法。 - ファン制御部(26)が蒸発器温度(VT)の操作量(U)によって案内される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 蒸発器温度(VT)の目標値(SW(VT))と蒸発器温度(VT)の実際値(IW(VT))との間の制御偏差(RW(VT))がファン制御部(26)に供給される、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 走行速度(v)の瞬時値がファン制御部(26)に供給される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 走行速度(v)の瞬時値が外乱としてフィードフォワードされる、請求項4記載の方法。
- ファン制御部(26)によって特性曲線(KL)に基づいて無段または多段式ファン調節部(28)用操作信号(SK)が形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ファン(32)を制御するための監視関数(30)、特に高圧監視が実装される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 監視関数(30)が制御量としてファン調節部(28)に供給される、請求項7記載の方法。
- 車両用空調装置の冷媒サイクル(2)を調節するための装置において、
蒸発器温度(VT)の目標値(SW(VT))を求めるための基本調節回路と、この目標値に基づいて蒸発器温度(VT)を調節するための操作量(U)を算定する、下流側に設けられる蒸発器温度調節器(16)とを有し、蒸発器温度調節器(16)の下流側に設けられたファン制御部(26)に蒸発器温度調節器(16)の操作量(U)が供給されるように構成された装置であって、
操作量(U)が、蒸発器温度(VT)を0%〜80%の第1範囲(BI)内で調節するために圧縮機制御部に供給され、
操作量(U)が、蒸発器温度(VT)をファン制御部(26)の70%超の第2範囲(BII)内で調節するためにファン制御部に供給される方法。 - ファン制御部(26)が操作量(U)の特性曲線関数(KL)として構成されており、操作量(U)の0%〜80%の第1範囲(BI)内では操作量が圧縮機(10)の圧縮機制御部に作用し、操作量(U)の70%超の第2範囲(BII)内では操作量がファン制御部(26)に作用する、請求項9記載の装置。
- ファン制御部(26)が複数の入力(E)を備えている、請求項9または10記載の装置。
- 入力(E)の1つが蒸発器温度(VT)の目標値(SW(VT))と蒸発器温度(VT)の実際値(IW(VT))との間の制御偏差(RW(VT))に依存してファン(32)を制御するために設けられている、請求項11記載の装置。
- 入力(E)の1つが走行速度(v)の瞬時値に依存してファン(32)を制御するために設けられている、請求項11または12記載の装置。
- ファン制御部(26)の下流側にファン調節部(28)が設けられている、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 監視関数(30)、特に高圧監視がファン調節部(28)にフィードフォワードされる、請求項14記載の装置。
- ファン制御部(26)がソフトウェアモジュールとして構成され、またはアナログ回路技術で構成されている、請求項11〜15のいずれか1項記載の装置。
