Claims (6)
- 基板上に第1の電極層を形成し、
前記第1の電極層上に光電変換層を形成し、
前記光電変換層の表面を有機材料で処理することにより前記光電変換層の表面を改質し、
前記光電変換層に、前記第1の電極層に達する開孔を形成し、
前記開孔に導電性ペーストを充填して第2の電極層を形成し、
前記光電変換層上に、前記第2の電極層を介して前記第1の電極層に電気的に接続される第1の導電層と、前記光電変換層に電気的に接続される第2の導電層を形成し、
前記光電変換層を前記有機材料によって処理することにより、前記導電性ペーストの前記光電変換層に対する接触角が増大することを特徴とする太陽電池の作製方法。 - 請求項1において、
前記導電性ペーストは、銀、金、銅、またはニッケルの金属材料を含む導電性ペースト、もしくは導電性カーボンペーストのいずれかであることを特徴とする太陽電池の作製方法。 - 基板上に第1の電極層を形成し、
前記第1の電極層上に光電変換層を形成し、
前記光電変換層の表面を有機材料で処理することにより前記光電変換層の表面を改質し、
前記光電変換層に、前記第1の電極層に達する開孔を形成し、
前記開孔に絶縁樹脂層を充填して絶縁分離を行う太陽電池の作製方法であって、
前記光電変換層を前記有機材料によって処理することにより、前記絶縁樹脂層の前記光電変換層に対する接触角が増大することを特徴とする太陽電池の作製方法。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項において、
前記基板は、ガラス、ステンレスまたは高分子材料で形成されていることを特徴とする太陽電池の作製方法。 - 請求項4において、
前記高分子材料は、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンナフタレート(PBN)のいずれか1つであることを特徴とする太陽電池の作製方法。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項において、
前記有機物層は、シランカップリング化合物を含むことを特徴とする太陽電池の作製方法。
