Description
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ14×5・1/2 Jのホイールに組み付け、初期圧力200kPa、室温21℃、無負荷条件にて3ヶ月間放置した。内圧の測定は4日毎とし、測定圧力Pt、初期圧力P0、経過日数tとして、Pt/P0=exp(−αt)に回帰してα値を求めた。得られたα値を用い、t=30(日)を代入し、1ヶ月当たりの圧力低下率β(%/月)を下式(1)より求めた。評価結果は、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が小さいほど空気漏れが少ないことを意味する。

各試験タイヤをリムサイズ14×5・1/2 Jのホイールに組み付け、室内ドラム試験機を用い、空気圧200kPa、荷重4kN、速度80km/hの条件で走行させ、その際の転がり抵抗を測定した。評価結果は、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が小さいほど転がり抵抗が小さいことを意味する。

Claims (6)
- 一対のビード部間にカーカス層を装架し、該カーカス層をビードコアの廻りにタイヤ内側から外側へ折り返し、前記ビード部にビードトウを覆うように有機繊維織物からなるチェーファーを埋設した空気入りラジアルタイヤにおいて、前記カーカス層の折り返し部分のタイヤ幅方向外側であって少なくとも折り返し部分に対応する領域に空気透過係数が3×10-12 〜4×10-10 cc・cm/cm2・sec ・cmHgとなる空気漏れ抑制層を配置し、前記チェーファーのタイヤ幅方向外側の端部が前記カーカス層の折り返し部分と前記空気漏れ抑制層との間に位置するように前記空気漏れ抑制層を前記チェーファーのタイヤ幅方向外側に配置した空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
- 前記空気漏れ抑制層の厚さを0.2〜1.5mmとした請求項1に記載の空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
- 前記空気漏れ抑制層の上端から前記カーカス層の端部までの距離を10mm以下とした請求項1又は請求項2に記載の空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
- 前記空気漏れ抑制層をブチルゴム、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム、水素化ニトリルゴム、エポキシ化天然ゴムから選ばれた少なくとも1種から構成した請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
- 前記空気漏れ抑制層を熱可塑性樹脂成分とエラストマー成分とを混練してなる熱可塑性エラストマー組成物から構成した請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
