Description
Claims (13)
- 逆回転し軸平行の二つのローター(5、6)を内蔵する二つのバレル(3、4)のチャンバー(2)を形成する本体(1)、該チャンバー(2)内で混練されるべき物質のための、本体(1)の一端にある供給口(7)、混練された物質を吐出するための、本体(1)の他端にある吐出口(8)、該物質を供給口(7)から、少なくとも一条の送り搬送翼(14、15;21、22)および該送り搬送翼(14、15;21、22)の下流に少なくとも一条の戻し搬送翼(17、18;24、25)を有する下流の第一混練部(44)まで供給するためのスクリュー(12)を備えた第一搬送部(34)、該第一混練部(44)の下流の絞り弁(40)、該絞り弁(40)の下流にある、夫々ローター(5、6)上の、スクリュー(27)を備えた第二搬送部(47)、および第二混練部を有するスクリュー押出機であって、
第一混練部(44)が少なくとも二つの混練帯域(45、46)を有し、上記混練帯域(45、46)の夫々が、各ローター(5、6)上に少なくとも一条の送り搬送翼(14、15;21、22)および該送り搬送翼(14、15;21、22)の下流に少なくとも一条の戻し搬送翼(17、18;24、25)
を有し、該第二混練部は該第一混練部(44)の混練帯域の数より少ない数の混練帯域を有することを特徴とするスクリュー押出機。 - 第一混練部(44)の各混練帯域(45、46)の送り搬送翼(14、15;21、22)の下流端および戻し搬送翼(17、18;24、25)の上流端がオフセットされて、混練されるべき物質のための流路が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に従う2軸押出機。
- 搬送部(34)側にある第一混練帯域(45)の戻し搬送翼(17、18)の下流端、および第一混練帯域(45)の下流の混練帯域(46)の送り搬送翼(21、22)の上流端がオフセットされて、混練されるべき物質のための流路が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に従う2軸押出機。
- 第一混練帯域(45)内の戻し搬送翼(17、18)の長さ(L2)が、第一混練帯域(45)の下流の混練帯域(46)内の戻し搬送翼(24、25)の長さ(L4)よりも短いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う2軸押出機。
- 第一混練帯域(45)の翼(11、14;17、18)の半径方向間隙(C)が、第一混練帯域(45)の下流の混練帯域(46)の翼(21、22;24、25)の半径方向間隙(C)よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う2軸押出機。
- 第二混練部(48)が少なくとも一つの混練帯域(49)を含んでいること、および該混練帯域(49)が少なくとも一条の送り搬送翼(30、31、32)および該送り搬送翼(30、31、32)の下流の少なくとも一条の戻し搬送翼(34、35、36)から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に従う2軸押出機。
- 第二混練部(48)の混練帯域(49)の送り搬送翼(30、31、32)および戻し搬送翼(34、35、36)が、「V」の形状をした連続フライトを形成するように置かれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に従う2軸押出機。
- 各混練帯域(45、46、49)の送り搬送翼(14、15;21、22;30、31、32)の条数および戻し搬送翼(17、18;24、25;34、35、36)の条数が、それぞれの混練帯域(45、46、49)の上流の搬送部(34、47)のスクリュー(12、27)のフライトの条数に対応していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う2軸押出機。
- 各混練帯域(45、46、49)の送り搬送翼(14、15;21、22;30、31、32)の長さ(L1、L3、L5)が、当該混練帯域(45、46、49)の戻し搬送翼(17、18;24、25;34、35、36)の長さ(L2、L4、L6)よりも長いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に従う2軸押出機。
- 翼(14、15;17、18;21、22;24、25;30、31、32;34、35、36)の長さ(L1〜L6)とバレル直径(D)との比が、0.3〜2.0であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に従う2軸押出機。
- 第一混練部(44)および/または第二混練部(48)の翼(14、15;17、18;21、22;24、25;30、31、32;34、35、36)のリードが、バレル直径(D)の2〜6倍であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に従う2軸押出機。
- 多峰性ポリマー組成物をコンパウンドするために、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に従う2軸押出機を使用する方法。
- 多峰性オレフィンポリマーをコンパウンドするための比エネルギー投入量が、300kWh/トン未満であることを特徴とする、請求項12に従う方法。
