Abstract
【解決手段】背圧の初期値として背圧Bpを設定し(SA100)、ノズルが金型から離れた状態で手動計量を開始し、所定時間が経過したか否かを判断し、所定時間が経過すると、スクリュが計量位置まで下がるか否かを判断し(SA101〜SA103)、計量位置まで下がる場合には、背圧Bpにαを加算した値を、新たな背圧Bpとし、シリンダ内の溶融樹脂を排出し、計量位置まで下がらない場合には、成形条件の背圧Bpを設定する(SA104〜SA106)、計量背圧設定手段を備えた射出成形機。

Description
そこで本発明の目的は、上記従来技術の問題点に鑑み、データベースに背圧データが無い場合、樹脂メーカの推奨値が分からない場合などでも、適切な背圧を設定できる計量背圧設定手段を有する射出成形機を提供することである。
●[ステップSA100]背圧の初期値として背圧Bpを設定する。
●[ステップSA101]ノズルが金型から離れた状態で手動計量を開始する。
●[ステップSA102]所定時間が経過したか否かを判断し、所定時間が経過すると、ステップSA103へ移行する。
●[ステップSA103]スクリュが計量位置まで下がるか否か判断し、計量位置まで下がる場合にはステップSA104へ移行し、計量位置まで下がらない場合にはステップSA106へ移行する。
●[ステップSA104]背圧Bpにαを加算した値を、新たな背圧Bpとする。
●[ステップSA105]溶融樹脂を排出し、ステップSA101へ戻る。
●[ステップSA106]成形条件の背圧をBpに設定し、射出成形サイクルを開始する。

Claims (1)
- 射出成形機において、
ノズルを開放した状態で設定背圧により計量を行う計量制御手段と、
計量を行った際に所定時間内に計量位置まで計量動作が完了するか否かを判別する計量動作完了判別手段と、
を備え、
設定背圧を第一所定圧として計量を行い、所定時間内に計量位置まで計量動作が完了するか否かを判別し、スクリュが所定時間内に計量位置まで計量動作を完了する場合は設定背圧に第二所定圧を加算して新たな設定背圧として計量を行い、所定時間内に計量位置まで計量動作が完了するか否かを判別することを繰り返し、スクリュが所定時間内に計量位置まで後退しなかった時の設定背圧を計量時の背圧として設定することを特徴とする計量背圧設定手段を有する射出成形機。
