Description
また、投入筒内に原料の乾燥を行う乾燥層と、熱分解を行う熱分解層とを設定することが可能となり、ガス化炉の小型化を図ることができる。
さらに、部分酸化層43で発生する熱が、乾燥層41および熱分解層42に投入筒15の側壁部を介して間接的に伝達可能とされる。また、ここには温度センサ39が配置され、制御装置36と接続される。

Claims (1)
- 有蓋有底の縦型形状のガス化炉(11)の内側に、該ガス化炉(11)内に原料を投入するための投入筒(15)を上方から挿入し、該ガス化炉(11)内では、前記投入筒(15)内の空間を含むガス化炉(11)内の空間を、乾燥層(41)と、熱分解層(42)と、部分酸化層(43)と、対流層(44)と、還元層(45)の複数の反応層に構成し、前記投入筒(15)内には、前記乾燥層(41)と熱分解層(42)とを上から順に構成し、該投入筒(15)の外で、前記ガス化炉(11)の内側に対流層(44)を構成し、該投入筒(15)の直下方で、前記ガス化炉(11)内の上下方向の中途部に、部分酸化層(43)を構成し、該部分酸化層(43)の下方に還元層(45)を順に構成し、前記ガス化炉(11)の側壁部に、該ガス化炉(11)内にガス化材を供給するためのガス化材導入口(11v・・)を複数備え、前記複数のガス化材導入口(11v・・)のうちの少なくとも一つのガス化材導入口(11w)を、前記部分酸化層(43)の上方で前記投入筒(15)の外側に設定する前記対流層(44)に向けて開口し、前記ガス化材導入口(11v・・)のうちの、他の一つのガス化材導入口(11v)を、前記投入筒(15)の下方に構成する部分酸化層(43)に向かって開口させるとともに、水平方向においては前記ガス化炉(11)の側壁部の接線方向に向かって開口したことを特徴とするガス化装置。
