Description
Claims (5)
- バルブハウジング(10)と、該バルブハウジングを通って延びる少なくとも三つの流体ポート(1、2、3)とを有し、前記バルブハウジング(10)内に案内されるメインピストン(18)と、ゲートバルブとして構成されたパイロット操作部(26)を達成すると共に通電可能な電磁手段(28)によって作動せしめられるパイロットピストン(24)とを備える比例シートバルブまたはゲートバルブにおいて、前記パイロット操作部(26)が開かれたときに、前記メインピストン(18)の断面絞り部(38)と前記パイロット操作部(26)とを介して、前記メインピストン(18)のピストンリフトによって連通せしめられる前記二つの流体ポート(1、2)のうちの一つ(2)から、前記パイロットピストン(24)によって開放せしめられる前記第三の流体ポート(3)へと流体が移動し、それに伴う圧力降下の結果、前記メインピストン(18)が流量に応じて前記二つの流体ポート(1、2)を連通するそれぞれ対応する制御位置へと移動し、
前記メインピストン(18)と前記パイロットピストン(24)との間に圧縮バネ(46)が配置され、前記パイロット操作部(26)が開かれたときの前記メインピストン(18)のピストンリフトが前記電磁手段(28)の磁流に比例し、
前記圧縮バネ(46)がオリフィスの形とした前記断面絞り部(38)が開口する前記メインピストン(18)の凹所(44)に係合し、前記パイロットピストン(24)側にある前記圧縮バネ(46)の自由端に接触片(48)が配置され、該接触片が接触ボール(50)を介して前記パイロットピストン(24)の自由端に接続されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 前記メインピストン(18)にチェックバルブ(95)が配置され、該チェックバルブ(95)が前記断面絞り部(38)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記電磁手段(28)が少なくとも一つのアーマチャ(34)とコイル(32)とポール管(36)とを有し、プッシュ型システムまたはプル型システムとして構成され、すなわち、前記コイル(32)に電流が供給されたときに前記アーマチャ(34)が前記ポール管(36)から外へ或いは前記ポール管(36)内へ移動せしめられ、プル型システムが使用されたときには別の圧縮バネが前記メインピストン(18)とは反対の方向に前記パイロットピストン(24)を移動させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバルブ。
- 少なくとも自由端が円筒形となっている前記パイロットピストン(24)が長手方向に前記バルブハウジング(10)の部分(10a)の対応する長手方向に延びる凹所(52)内へと移動可能なように案内されるゲートバルブとして前記パイロット操作部(26)が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の一つに記載のバルブ。
- 前記パイロットピストン(24)の自由端に前記バルブハウジング(10)の部分(10a)によって形成されるシート部分(104)に相互作用する閉鎖・シール部品(102)を備えたシートバルブとして前記パイロット操作部(26)が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の一つに記載のバルブ。
