Description
【0001】

[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the cap with cooling water mixing prevention according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a cap with cooling water mixing prevention according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a spout that projects the cap with cooling water mixing prevention into a cap attachment hole of a liquid paper container. It is sectional drawing when screwing.
[0010]
The cap with cooling water mixing prevention according to the present invention is a cap that is screwed into a spout portion of a container that is cooled by showering after the liquid content is filled at a high temperature. As shown in FIG. 2, it is used by being screwed into a spout (200) (outlet portion) that is projected by heat sealing with an internal seal using an ultrasonic sealing method or the like, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the structure of an embodiment of the cap (100) is a contact sealing ring (200) for sealing the spout (200) of the container (300) on the lower surface of the top plate (110). 111) and an inner sealing ring (112), and a vertical air supply groove (122) is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall (120) forming the female screw (121) screwed with the male screw of the spout. Normally six are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction It is intended. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower end skirt (123) is expanded to the outside together with the inner and outer peripheral surfaces so that the lower end skirt (123) of the peripheral wall (120) protrudes from the peripheral wall (120) . A wide space (101) is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the lower end skirt and the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the spout tube (220) of the spout (200) for preventing suction of cooling water in a reduced pressure state. It is. In addition, the spout (200) shown in FIG. 2 has a cap (100) on the outer peripheral surface at the inner peripheral edge of the upper surface of the annular pedestal portion (210) that has a flange (240) that is heat-sealed with the container at the outer periphery of the lower end. A pouring cylinder (220) having a male screw (221) is erected, and a sealing plate (230) is provided on the inner lower side of the pouring cylinder to seal it, and a vertical cross section is V-shaped on the bottom surface of the sealing plate. An annular thin cut (231) is provided to form an annular thin line of weakness (232) at a planned opening position on the lower surface, and a column (233) that connects a pull ring (234) to the tip on one side of the upper surface near the inner side of the annular cut. ).
[0011]
The cap with cooling water mixing prevention according to the present invention is used not only by being screwed onto the spout attached to the liquid paper container pouring position described above, but also attached to the pouring position of the soft packaging material pouch. It can be used by being screwed onto the mouth or neck of a plastic bottle.
[0012]
And the container which screwed the cap with cooling water mixing prevention of the present invention into the spout part is the outer peripheral surface of the cap inner peripheral surface and the container spout part in the shower cooling process after filling the liquid contents at high temperature. Even if the air in the space between the two is contracted by cooling to become a reduced pressure state, and air with water droplets is sucked from the gap between the lower end of the peripheral wall of the cap and the spout part of the container, as shown in FIG. The lower end skirt (123) of the peripheral wall (120) of the cap (100) has a lower end skirt (123) that is larger in diameter toward the outside than the peripheral wall (120). A wide space (101) is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the container and the outer peripheral surface of the outlet portion (200) of the container to prevent the cooling water from being sucked in a reduced pressure state. In addition, water drops remain in this space due to the difference in specific gravity. There is sucked upward. The air sucked up is a vertical air supply groove (a plurality of vertical air supply grooves provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall (120) forming the female screw (121) of the cap (100) shown in FIG. 122), it can easily reach the entire circumference. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, the container in which a conventional ordinary cap is screwed to the spout part is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the lower end of the peripheral wall (120) of the cap (100) and the spout part (200) of the container. The space between the outer peripheral surface is narrower than the space (101), and air with water droplets is sucked upward as it is.
[0013]
