Claims (6)
- 交換可能なキャピラリと;
該キャピラリに励起光を照射する照射光学系と;
上記キャピラリからの蛍光を分光させる波長分散素子と、該波長分散素子から得られる蛍光スペクトル像を検出する2次元検出器と、を有する検出光学系と;
を有するキャピラリ電気泳動装置において、
上記検出光学系は、非連続な複数の波長透過領域を有するマルチバンドパスフィルタを有し、上記マルチバンドパスフィルタは複数のノッチフィルタと1つのバンドパスフィルタを含み、
上記波長分散素子はキャピラリからの蛍光を該マルチバンドパスフィルタを透過させた後に波長分散させることを特徴とするキャピラリ電気泳動装置。 - 請求項1記載のキャピラリ電気泳動装置において、上記2次元検出器の信号検出領域は、上記マルチバンドパスフィルタの波長透過領域に対応して複数の領域に分割されていることを特徴とするキャピラリ電気泳動装置。
- 請求項2記載のキャピラリ電気泳動装置において、上記複数の領域のうち試料の蛍光スペクトルのピークを含む領域において上記蛍光スペクトルの信号の波長についての積算値を求めることを特徴とするキャピラリ電気泳動装置。
- 請求項2記載のキャピラリ電気泳動装置において、上記複数の領域毎に上記蛍光スペクトルの信号の波長についての積算値を求め、該積算値が最大である領域を上記蛍光スペクトルのピークが存在する領域であると判定することを特徴とするキャピラリ電気泳動装置。
- 請求項1記載のキャピラリ電気泳動装置において、上記照射光学系は上記キャピラリの軸線に沿った方向から又は上記キャピラリの軸線に対して所定の角度傾斜した方向から上記キャピラリに励起光を照射することを特徴とするキャピラリ電気泳動装置。
- 請求項1記載のキャピラリ電気泳動装置において、上記照射光学系は励起光源として発光ダイオードを有することを特徴とするキャピラリ電気泳動装置。
