Description
本発明の実施形態は、2001年10月23日に出願された「移植可能なセンサ電極と電子回路(Implantable Sensor Electrodes and Electronic Circuitry)」という名称の仮特許出願第60/335,652号の優先権を主張するものであり、前記出願は、その開示内容を本願明細書の一部として援用する。
Claims (26)
- センサの出力を検知する電子回路であって、
基板と、
パラメータ検知用の前記基板の第1の面に形成され、それぞれ電圧が印加される対電極である第1電極と、第1電極からの電流が流れ込む作用電極である第2電極とをそれぞれ含む第1の電極組と第2の電極組と、
前記パラメータを処理する回路構成と、を含む電子回路であって、
前記第1の電極組の前記第1電極と前記第2の電極組の前記第2電極との間の交差結合を抑制するように、前記各電極組の前記第1電極は前記各電極組の前記第2電極の周りを少なくとも部分的に取り巻いていること、
を特徴とする電子回路。 - 請求項1に記載の電子回路であって、前記各電極組の前記第1電極が、その電極組の前記第2電極の周囲をU形方式で取り巻くことを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項1に記載の電子回路であって、前記各電極組の前記第1電極が、その電極組の前記第2電極の3辺を取り巻くことによって、該第2電極の周囲を取り巻くことを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項1に記載の電子回路であって、前記第1の電極組と前記第2の電極組は、前記各電極組の前記各第1電極のみが対向するよう配置されていることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項1に記載の電子回路であって、前記各電極組の前記第2電極は略長方形であることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項3に記載の電子回路であって、前記各電極組の前記第2電極は略長方形であり、前記各電極組の前記第2電極の3辺は、略長方形の2つの長辺と1つの短辺であることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項1に記載の電子回路であって、更に、前記各電極組の基準電圧を設定する基準電極を含むことを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項1に記載の電子回路であって、前記基板の前記第1の面に形成され、前記第1の電極組と前記第2の電極組との間に配置され、各電極組の基準電圧を設定するよう前記回路構成に接続される基準電極を含むことを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項7に記載の電子回路であって、前記基準電極に設定される基準電圧が、約0.5ボルトであることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項1に記載の電子回路であって、前記回路構成は、入力/出力ラインに接続するラインインタフェースと、前記ラインインタフェースと並列の整流器と、前記ラインインタフェースに連結されたカウンタと、前記カウンタおよび前記第1の電極組と第2の電極組とに連結されたデータ変換器と、を含むことを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項10に記載の電子回路であって、更に、前記カウンタと前記ラインインタフェースに連結された制御論理を含むことを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項11に記載の電子回路であって、前記制御論理が、状態機械と、該状態機械に連結された状態復号器と、を含むことを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項12に記載の電子回路であって、前記状態機械は、前記ラインインタフェースによって生成された信号に基づいてデータを抽出し、
前記状態復号器はカウンタの出力を復号すること、を特徴とする電子回路。 - 請求項11に記載の電子回路であって、前記制御論理が、マイクロプロセッサを含むことを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項10に記載の電子回路であって、前記整流器が、電力を通信パルスからキャパシタに伝送することを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項15に記載の電子回路であって、前記キャパシタが、前記通信パルスから蓄えられた電力を用いて、電子回路に電力供給することを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項10に記載の電子回路であって、前記データ変換器が、アナログ/デジタル変換器であることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項10に記載の電子回路であって、前記データ変換器が、電圧/周波数変換器であることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項10に記載の電子回路であって、前記データ変換器が、電流/周波数変換器であることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項19に記載の電子回路であって、前記電流/周波数変換器の出力は、カウンタへの接続前に、プリスケーラを用いて倍率変換されることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項20に記載の電子回路であって、前記プリスケーラが、16分割のプリスケーラであることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項10に記載の電子回路であって、前記回路構成が、更に、環境の温度を読み取る温度センサと、基準電極に電圧を印加する基準電圧源と、を含むことを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項10に記載の電子回路であって、更に、該電子回路内の抵抗器として利用されるスイッチキャパシタ回路を含むことを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項1に記載の電子回路であって、前記第1の電極組と前記第2の電極組とによって検知されるパラメータは、生理的パラメータであることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項24に記載の電子回路であって、検知される前記生理的パラメータが、ブドウ糖であることを特徴とする電子回路。
- 請求項24に記載の電子回路であって、検知される前記生理的パラメータが、酸素であることを特徴とする電子回路。
