Description
通風及び排気装置: 生物学的ゴミ処理プラントの排ガス内の放出に関連する大気汚染の放出を低減するための、特に臭気物質、環境関連のガス、有機物質及び粉塵用の放出制限のための、及び生存及び増殖能力のある微生物を低減するための(排ガス浄化)装置。
Claims (26)
- ゴミ処理プラント(1)であって、
a)少なくとも1つのホール壁(6)と、ホール屋根(9)と、ゴミ(2)を投入し及び取り出すための入口(12)とを有するホール(5)と、
b)前記ホール(5)に空気を供給及び前記ホール(5)から空気を排出するための通風及び排気装置(14)と、
c)前記ホール壁(6)の外側に配置された少なくとも1つのゴミ処理室(16)と、
d)前記ホール(5)から前記ゴミ処理室(16)に前記ゴミ(2)を投入するために、また前記処理したゴミを前記ゴミ処理室(16)から前記ホール(5)内に取り除くために、前記ホール(5)と前記ゴミ処理室(16)とを結合するホール壁開口部(7)と、を有し、
e)前記ゴミ処理室(16)が、昇降装置(20)が装備されたカバーシート(30)にして、カバーシート縁(32)を有するカバーシート(30)によって形成され、前記カバーシート縁(32)が、前記ホール壁(6)と基部とに対し固定装置(40)によって堅固にかつ気密に配置される、ゴミ処理プラント(1)。 - 前記ゴミ処理室(16)が、基部側で前記ゴミ処理室(16)を境界付ける取付け壁(18)を備え、前記カバーシート縁(32)が、前記ホール壁(6)と前記取付け壁(18)とに対し堅固にかつ気密に配置される、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記固定装置(40)が、少なくとも1つのシール層(42)を含み、前記シール層(42)が、発泡材、ゴム、被覆された基材及びポリマストリップのような可撓性材料を含む材料群から選択される、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記固定装置(40)が、少なくとも1つのシール層(42)を含み、前記シール層(42)が、被覆された織物を含む、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記シール層(42)が、前記カバーシート縁(32)と前記ホール壁(6)との間に、ならびに前記カバーシート縁(32)と前記基部(50)との間にそれぞれ配置される、請求項3に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記ゴミ処理室(16)が、基部側で前記ゴミ処理室(16)を境界付ける取付け壁(18)を備え、前記シール層(42)が、前記カバーシート縁(32)と前記ホール壁(6)との間に、ならびに前記カバーシート縁(32)と前記取付け壁(18)との間にそれぞれ配置される、請求項3に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記固定装置(40)が、前記カバーシート縁(32)が挟持される少なくとも1つの挟持フレーム(48)備える、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記固定装置(40)が、ボルト、釘、クランプ、又はリベットの形態の固定要素を含む、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記ゴミ処理室(16)が、周囲環境に対し粒子を通さない、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記カバーシート(30)が、水密でガス透過性の膜(34)を備える、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記膜(34)が多孔質である、請求項10に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記膜(34)が、ポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン又はフルオロポリマの群から選択される、請求項10に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記膜(34)が、延伸ポリテトラフルオルエチレン(ePTFE)を含む、請求項10に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記膜(34)が、少なくとも1つの織物層(36)と結合される、請求項10に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記織物層(36)が、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、ポリアクリレート、ポリプロピレン、ガラスファイバ又はフルオロポリマを含む、請求項14に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記カバーシート(30)が、200Paの圧力差で3〜100m3/m2/hの空気透過度を有する、請求項10に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記昇降装置(20)が、空圧式支持構造体(22)又は機械的な高さ調整構造体(26)を含む、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記空圧式支持構造体(22)が、多数の膨張可能なチューブ(23)を備える、請求項17に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記チューブ(23)が、少なくとも10kPaの圧力に耐える、請求項18に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記昇降装置(20)が、前記空圧式支持構造体(22)に替えて液圧式支持構造体を具備し、前記液圧式支持構造体が、液体で充填可能な多数のチューブを備える、請求項17に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記機械的な高さ調整構造体(26)が、高さ調整可能な梁(27)を備える、請求項17に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記梁(27)が、テレスコープ状に引き離し可能である、請求項21に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記ホール(5)の基部に、多数の第1の基部開口部(52)が設けられ、前記通風及び排気装置(14)が、前記基部開口部(52)を介して、前記ホール(5)の内部から空気を誘導する、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記ゴミ処理室(16)の内部の基部に、多数の第2の基部開口部(54)が設けられ、前記通風及び排気装置(14)が、前記第2の基部開口部(54)を介して前記ホール(5)から排出された空気を前記ゴミ処理室(16)の内部に供給する、請求項1又は23に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記ホール壁開口部(7)が閉鎖可能である、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
- 前記通風及び排気装置(14)が少なくとも1つの排気フィルタ(3)備える、請求項1に記載のゴミ処理プラント(1)。
