Claims (16)
- 略平らな第1面と、その反対面である略平らな第2面とを有する金属層と、
前記金属層の第1面に一定の厚さでセラミックパウダーと接着樹脂とが混合して形成された層と、
前記金属層の第2面に一定の厚さで形成された変性ポリプロピレン(CPP)層と、
を含んでなり、

前記金属層の第1面に一定の厚さで形成された変性ポリプロピレン(CPP)層が前記積層体の最外側の表面に位置することを特徴とする電池用外装材。 - 前記金属層は、鉄(Fe)、炭素(C)、クロム(Cr)及びマンガン(Mn)の合金、鉄(Fe)、炭素(C)、クロム(Cr)及びニッケル(Ni)の合金、または、アルミニウム(Al)中から選択された、いずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の電池用外装材。
- 前記セラミックパウダーは、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、窒化アルミニウム(AlN)、窒化硼素(BN)、酸化ベリリウム(BeO)、炭化珪素(SiC)、または、黒鉛中から選択された、いずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池用外装材。
- 前記セラミックパウダーと接着樹脂とが混合して形成された層は厚さが5〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池用外装材。
- 前記電池用外装材は、電極組立体が受納できるように一定の深さのドローイング部を有する第1領域と、前記第1領域の一端で畳まれ始めて、前記ドローイング部を覆う第2領域と、を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の電池用外装材。
- 前記電池用外装材は、前記第1領域及び第2領域中、前記ドローイング部の外周縁に対応する変性ポリプロピレン層が相互熱溶着して接合したことを特徴とする請求項6記載の電池用外装材。
- 多数の正極電極板と負極電極板とがセパレータを介して備えられ、前記正極電極板及び負極電極板から外側に一定の長さが延びて接続した正極タップ及び負極タップが備えられた電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が受納できるように一定の深さのドローイング部を有する第1領域が備えられ、前記第1領域のドローイング部を覆うことができるように第2領域が備えられた、セラミックパウダーと接着樹脂とが混合して形成された層を有する外装材と、
を含んでなり、
前記セラミックパウダーと接着樹脂とが混合して形成された層はセラミックパウダーの含有量が5ないし50体積%であることを特徴とするリチウムポリマー電池。 - 多数の正極電極板と負極電極板とがセパレータを介して備えられ、前記正極電極板及び負極電極板から外側に一定の長さが延びて接続した正極タップ及び負極タップが備えられた電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が受納できるように一定の深さのドローイング部を有する第1領域が備えられ、前記第1領域のドローイング部を覆うことができるように第2領域が備えられた変性ポリプロピレン層を有する外装材であって、前記変性ポリプロピレン層が前記外装材の最外側の表面に位置する外装材と、
を含んでなることを特徴とするリチウムポリマー電池。 - 前記外装材は、
略平らな第1面とその反対面である略平らな第2面とを有する金属層と、
前記金属層の第1面に一定の厚さでセラミックパウダーと接着樹脂とが混合して形成された層と、
前記金属層の第2面に一定の厚さで形成された変性ポリプロピレン(CPP)層と、を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項8記載のリチウムポリマー電池。 - 前記外装材は、
略平らな第1面とその反対面である略平らな第2面とを有する金属層と、
前記金属層の第1面に一定の厚さで形成された変性ポリプロピレン(CPP)層と、
前記金属層の第2面に一定の厚さで形成された変性ポリプロピレン(CPP)層と、を含んでなる積層体からなり、
前記金属層の第1面に一定の厚さで形成された変性ポリプロピレン(CPP)層が前記積層体の最外側の表面に位置することを特徴とする請求項9記載のリチウムポリマー電池。 - 前記金属層は、鉄(Fe)、炭素(C)、クロム(Cr)及びマンガン(Mn)の合金、鉄(Fe)、炭素(C)、クロム(Cr)及びニッケル(Ni)の合金、または、アルミニウム(Al)中から選択された、いずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項8から11のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムポリマー電池。
- 前記セラミックパウダーは、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、窒化アルミニウム(AlN)、窒化硼素(BN)、酸化ベリリウム(BeO)、炭化珪素(SiC)、または、黒鉛中から選択された、いずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項8又は10のいずれかに記載のリチウムポリマー電池。
- 前記セラミックパウダーと接着樹脂とが混合して形成された層は厚さが5〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項8から13のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムポリマー電池。
- 前記正極タップ及び負極タップは、保護回路基板に電気的に接続しているものの、前記負極タップと保護回路基板との間には前記電池外装材の表面に安着する陽性温度素子が更に介されたことを特徴とする請求項8から14のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムポリマー電池。
- 前記電池用外装材は、前記第1領域及び第2領域中、前記ドローイング部の外周縁に対応する変性ポリプロピレン層が相互熱溶着して接合したことを特徴とする請求項9から15のいずれか1項にリチウムポリマー電池。
