Description
Claims (2)
- 回転軸に形成された回転子と、この回転子の外周に隙間を介して設置された固定子とを備え、この固定子は、珪素鋼板を前記回転軸の長手方向に沿って積層して構成した固定子鉄心と、この固定子鉄心に形成した巻線溝内に組み込まれた固定子巻線と、前記巻線溝の開口部側に形成したウエッジ溝に挿入され前記固定子巻線を前記巻線溝内に固定する断面台形状のウエッジとを有し、前記固定子鉄心は珪素鋼板の積層方向に複数のエアダクトを形成し、これらエアダクトに冷却気体を強制的に流通させるように構成した強制冷却型回転電機において、前記エアダクトを積層鋼板の積層方向に等間隔で設けると共に、前記固定子鉄心の外周側で積層鋼板の積層方向に等間隔に複数の隔壁を設けて複数の通風区間を形成し、この通風区間のうち隣接する通風区間の冷却気体を互いに逆向きに流通させ、かつ、前記ウエッジを断面台形状に形成すると共に、前記エアダクトに対向する位置に前記ウエッジ溝に挿入される部分を切り欠いて通風溝を形成したウエッジと通風溝のないウエッジとを設け、前記通風溝の回転軸方向に沿う寸法は前記エアダクトの回転軸方向に沿う寸法と同じで、通風溝部のウエッジの回転軸周方向に沿う寸法は前記巻線溝の幅寸法と同じに形成することでエアダクトに臨む抵抗部材をなくし、前記通風溝を形成したウエッジは前記通風区間を経由する長い冷却気体流路内のエアダクトに配置し、通風溝のないウエッジは短い冷却気体流路内のエアダクトに配置して冷却気体流路の流路抵抗を平均化する流路抵抗調整手段を形成したことを特徴とする強制冷却型回転電機。
- 前記回転軸は、前記回転子の軸方向両側に夫々ファンを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転電機。
