Claims (2)
- 音波エネルギーで水中の細胞・組織の表面に微細な穴を開ける音波微細穴開け装置において、音波発振駆動信号の波形のプラス側とマイナス側が非対称で鋭角なピーク波形である音波発振素子の周囲を厚さ10ミクロン以上の厚さの電気絶縁性、音波透過性のある被膜で覆うことを特徴とする音波微細穴開け装置。
- 音波発振素子の周囲に、電気的に絶縁性があり、なおかつ音波を良好に透過する流動体を音波発振素子とともに被膜に封入することを特徴する請求項1記載の音波微細穴開け装置。
