Description
図1は未発泡熱可塑性樹脂微小球が貯蔵タンク1からサイロ2にポンプ輸送され、フィルター3で濾過される方法の実施態様を示す。その後、これらの微小球が第一スクリューフィーダー4に供給され、加熱装置7、及び取り付けられたスクレーパ9を備えたスクリュー8を含む発泡装置6の入口5に輸送される。入口5はバイブレーター10を備えており、スクリューがモーター11に連結されることが好適である。発泡微小球がバイブレーター13を備えた、出口12を通って排出されることが好適であり、ポンプ輸送されることが好適である。
Claims (22)
- 熱可塑性樹脂シェル内にカプセル化された噴射剤を含む熱発泡性微小球を中空ボディにより囲まれた回転供給装置(8,14)、及び微小球の層が発泡装置中で蓄積されることを防止する一つ以上のスクレーパ(9,16)を含む発泡装置(6)に仕込み、該スクレーパ(9,16)が供給装置(8,14)に取り付けられ該供給装置(8,14)の外径と前記中空ボディの内面の間に位置されており、前記微小球の温度を上昇させてその発泡を得ながら該微小球を発泡装置中に輸送し、該微小球を排出することを特徴とする、発泡熱可塑性樹脂微小球の調製方法。
- 前記の一つ以上のスクレーパが中空ボディの内面に向かって供給装置の外径を超えて半径方向に延びる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の一つ以上のスクレーパが、単独で、又は組み合わせて、前記中空ボディの内面の長さ方向の長さの20%から95%までの掻き取りを行なう、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 一つ又は二つのスクレーパが前記中空ボディの内面の長さ方向の長さの70%から100%までの掻き取りを行ない、2〜4個のスクレーパが前記中空ボディの内面の長さ方向の長さの10%から40%までの掻き取りを行なう、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記の一つ以上のスクレーパが前記発泡装置の入口側で始まり、それから延びる前記供給装置に取り付けられる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記の一つ以上のスクレーパ、又は前記の一つ以上のスクレーパの表面層が、フルオロプラスチック材料からつくられる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記中空ボディが一つ以上のヒーター(7)を備えている、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給装置が一つ以上のヒーター(7)を備えている、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱発泡性微小球が、前記発泡装置(6)に入る前に、充填剤と予備混合されて微小球の凝集を防止する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤が二酸化ケイ素である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 添加される充填剤対微小球の重量比が1:100から1:3までである、請求項9から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱発泡性微小球が97重量%より大きい乾燥固形分を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給装置がスクリュー(8)の形態である、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給装置が中央コアー(15)から突き出る一つ以上のパドル(14)の形態である、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 中空ボディ及び一つ以上のスクレーパ(9,16)により囲まれたスクリュー(8)の形態の回転供給装置を含み、該スクリュー(8)は該スクリュー(8)の終端位置でよりも該スクリュー(8)の開始位置で短いピッチを有し、該スクレーパ(9,16)が供給装置(8,14)に取り付けられ該供給装置(8,14)の外径と前記中空ボディの内面の間に位置されたことを特徴とする発泡熱可塑性樹脂微小球を調製するための発泡装置。
- 前記の一つ以上のスクレーパが前記供給装置に取り付けられ、前記中空ボディの内面に向かって供給装置の外径を超えて半径方向に延びる、請求項15に記載の発泡装置。
- 前記の一つ以上のスクレーパが、単独で、又は組み合わせて、前記中空ボディの内面の長さ方向の長さの20%から95%までの掻き取りを行なう、請求項15又は16に記載の発泡装置。
- 一つ又は二つのスクレーパが前記中空ボディの内面の長さ方向の長さの70%から100%までの掻き取りを行ない、2〜4個のスクレーパが中空ボディの内面の長さ方向の長さの10%から40%までの掻き取りを行なう、請求項15から17のいずれか1項に記載の発泡装置。
- 前記の一つ以上のスクレーパが前記発泡装置の入口側で始まり、それから延びる前記供給装置に取り付けられる、請求項15から18のいずれか1項に記載の発泡装置。
- 前記の一つ以上のスクレーパ、または前記の一つ以上のスクレーパの表面層が、フルオロプラスチック材料からつくられる、請求項15から19のいずれか1項に記載の発泡装置。
- 前記中空ボディが一つ以上のヒーター(7)を備えている、請求項15から20のいずれか1項に記載の発泡装置。
- 前記供給装置が一つ以上のヒーター(7)を備えている、請求項15から21のいずれか1項記載の発泡装置。
