JP 2000-108770 A

As mentioned above, if the wheelchair placement arm is structured to lift the wheelchair with the wheelchair placed on it, the wheelchair is lifted manually and placed on the wheelchair placement arm or lowered from the wheelchair placement arm. There is a problem that it is necessary to do this, and labor and labor are required. In addition, there is also a problem that the entire apparatus becomes large because it is necessary to lift the entire weight of the wheelchair.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a wheelchair-mounted structure that can reduce the effort and labor for raising and lowering a wheelchair and can reduce the overall size.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is directed to a rail portion (for example, a vehicle portion (for example, the vehicle 11 in the embodiment) extending in the vehicle width direction (for example, the vehicle interior 10 in the embodiment). The guide rail portion 35 in the embodiment, the sliding portion that slides along the rail portion (for example, the slider portion 36 in the embodiment), and the arm portion that is attached to the sliding portion and is rotatable in the vertical direction ( For example, a wheelchair-mounted structure having an arm portion 47) in the embodiment, and the arm portion includes a wheelchair-side engagement portion (for example, a vehicle body frame 63 in the embodiment) of a wheelchair (for example, the wheelchair 20 in the embodiment). For example, an engaging portion (for example, the engaging portion 56 in the embodiment) that engages with the engaging portion 70 in the embodiment is formed, and the wheelchair side engaging portion is engaged with the engaging portion. Said sliding portion Rukoto was elevator while rolling in contact with the vehicle the arm portion by moving along said rail section (wheel 64, for example in the embodiment) that wheel the wheelchair in the state of being It becomes, as characterized Rukoto the rail portion (second row seat 13 in the example embodiment) sheet provided slidably in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle on the provided (floor 22, for example in the embodiment) floor of the vehicle Yes.

The invention according to claim 2 is the invention according to claim 1 , wherein the rail portion is provided below a seat portion of a seat (for example, the seat portion 26 in the embodiment), and the seat portion is rotatable up and down. It is characterized by that.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the sliding portion is moved in the vehicle width direction along the rail portion in a state where the wheelchair side engaging portion of the vehicle body of the wheelchair is engaged with the engaging portion of the arm portion, The arm portion moves the wheelchair up and down while rolling the wheelchair in contact with the vehicle. In this way, the arm part moves the wheelchair up and down while rolling with the wheel in contact with the vehicle, so it is only necessary to engage or disengage the body of the wheelchair from the arm part when raising and lowering. Eliminates the need to load or unload a wheelchair. Therefore, it is possible to reduce labor and labor for raising and lowering the wheelchair. In addition, as described above, the arm portion lifts and lowers the wheelchair while rolling the wheelchair in contact with the vehicle, so that it is not necessary to support the entire weight of the wheelchair. Therefore, the whole can be reduced in size.

Further , since the rail portion is provided on the seat provided on the vehicle floor so as to be slidable in the vehicle front-rear direction, the slide amount of the seat is not affected as in the case of being provided on the floor. Further, even if the seat is slid, the rail portion is not greatly exposed and the appearance is improved.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the rail portion is provided below the seat portion that can be pivoted up and down, the seat portion is rotated upward when the rail portion is used, that is, when a wheelchair is mounted on the vehicle. While making the vehicle-mounted space of the wheelchair movable and making the rail portion and the wheelchair accessible, when the rail portion is not used, the seat portion can be rotated downward and used as a normal seat. In addition, since the rail portion is provided below the seat portion, when the rail portion is not used, the rail portion can be hidden by the seat portion, so that the appearance is improved.

These engaging portions 70 together with the wheelchair on-vehicle device 1 constitute the wheelchair on-vehicle structure of the present embodiment.

Here, in the present embodiment, the wheelchair 20 is in a folded state in which the vehicle body frames 63 are brought close to each other, and the vehicle body frame 63 is rotated so that the both assistance handle portions 65 are on the lower side. It will be engaged with the engaging portion 56 of the wheelchair on-vehicle apparatus 1 with the side (the lower side in normal use) as the front side, but here, each engaging portion 70 will be described using the upper and lower sides and the front and rear at this time. To do. As shown in FIG. 8, the engagement between one engagement portion 70 of the wheelchair 20 in the folded state and one engagement portion 56 of the wheelchair on-vehicle device 1, and the other engagement portion 70 and the other engagement. The distance between the engaging portions 56, that is, the length of the holding portion 52, and the distance between the engaging portions 70 of the wheelchair 20 in the folded state are matched so that the engagement with the combining portion 56 can be performed simultaneously.

The engagement portion 70 is mounted on the engagement base 72 so as to protrude forward from a position above the center of the wheel 64 at the front portion of the body frame 63, and as shown in FIG. It has a hook 73 supported so as to be rotatable about an axis along the width direction, a spring 74 that urges the hook 73, and a stopper 75 that restricts the rotation of the hook 73. Here, the engagement base 72 is formed with a recess 77 that is recessed rearward from the front surface and that expands toward the opening side, and a support shaft that is provided on the upper side and rear side of the recess 77 along the vehicle width direction. A hook 73 is rotatably supported by 78. On the front side of the support shaft 78 of the hook 73, the above-described spring 74 for biasing the hook 73 is interposed between the hook 73 and the engagement base 72. Further, the hook 73 abuts on the hook 73 to restrict the rotation. The stopper 75 described above is provided on the engagement base 72. The hook 73 is rotatably supported on the support shaft 78 on the base end side, and extends to the front so that the tip end side is located above the recess 77 in a state where the hook 73 is in contact with the stopper 75. A claw portion 81 that protrudes downward from the distal end portion of the protruding portion 80 and protrudes into the recess 77, and an operation piece portion 82 that protrudes further forward from the distal end side of the extending portion 80 and protrudes from the engagement base 72. ing. Further, the claw portion 81 is formed with an inclined surface 83 that is inclined so as to be positioned on the front side toward the front side.

In the present embodiment described above, when the wheelchair 20 is mounted on the vehicle 11, as shown in FIG. 1, the rear door 16 is slid to open the rear door opening 17, and the seat of the second row seat 13. 26 is set in a jumping state, and an operation unit (not shown) is operated to drive the drive mechanism unit 37 of the wheelchair on-vehicle device 1. As shown in FIG. 4, the slider unit 36 is moved along the guide rail unit 35 to the rear door. It is moved toward the opening 17 (not shown in FIG. 3). Then, the arm part 47 supported by the slider part 36 projects the engagement part 56 side outward from the rear door opening part 17 (see FIG. 6). At this time, the arm portion 47 is restricted by the restricting portion 59 from turning downward from a predetermined height position, and is maintained at the predetermined height position.

Then, the wheelchair 20 is brought into a folded state by bringing the vehicle body frames 63 close to each other, and the vehicle body frame 63 is tilted rearward with respect to the wheels 64 so that the assistance handle portion 65 is positioned downward. In this posture, the wheelchair 20 is advanced from the side of the vehicle 11 in the vehicle width direction while rolling the wheel 64 so as to approach the arm portion 47 of the wheelchair in-vehicle device 1. Then, when the inclined surface 83 of the claw portion 81 of the engaging portion 70 corresponding to the engaging shaft 53 of each engaging portion 56 is brought into contact, and the wheelchair 20 is further advanced in this state, from the engaging shaft 53 The hook 73 of the engaging portion 70 moves upward around the support shaft 78 against the urging force of the spring 74 by the pressing force. When the engagement shaft 53 exceeds the claw portion 81 of the hook 73, the hook 73 returns to the original state by the biasing force of the spring 73, and the engagement shaft 53 is moved by the claw portion 81 of the hook 73 and the recess 77 of the engagement base 72. Clamp (see FIG. 7). Thereby, one engaging part 70 and one engaging part 56 of the wheelchair on-vehicle apparatus 1 are engaged, and the other engaging part 70 and the other engaging part 56 are engaged. .

Here, during this engagement, as shown in FIG. 6, the engagement portion 56 and the engagement portion 56 are engaged so that the assisting handle portion 65 of the wheelchair 20 can maintain a slight gap with the ground 85. The height position of the joint portion 70 is set. In addition, as described above, the engagement between the one engagement portion 70 of the wheelchair 20 in the folded state and the one engagement portion 56 of the wheelchair on-vehicle device 1, and the other engagement portion 70 and the other engagement portion. The distance between the engaging portions 56 and the distance between the engaging portions 70 of the wheelchair 20 in the folded state are set so that the engagement with the 56 can be performed simultaneously. Furthermore, even if the engaging part 70 and the engaging part 56 are engaged, the wheel 64 is not restrained and can be rotated.

Next, an operation unit (not shown) is operated to drive the drive mechanism unit 37 of the wheelchair-mounted device 1 shown in FIG. 4 and the like, and the slider unit 36 is moved along the guide rail unit 35 to the side opposite to the rear door opening 17. Let Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the wheelchair 20 is engaged with the engaging portions 70 corresponding to the respective engaging portions 56 of the arm portion 47, so that the arm portion 47 is maintained in the folded state. Then, the wheel 64 is brought into contact with the sill garnish 88 on the outside of the side sill 87 of the vehicle 11 at the wheel 64, and the wheel 64 is brought into contact with the sill garnish 88 and moved up while rolling in this portion, and then the floor 22. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, it is pulled up between the first row seat 12 and the second row seat 13 on the floor 22 of the vehicle 11 while being brought into contact with the floor 22 and rolling on the floor 22. As shown in FIG. 6, since the position of the engaging portion 70 is above the center of the wheel 64 at the initial stage of the lifting, the wheelchair 20 moves the assisting handle portion 65 upward as the wheel 64 rolls. The vehicle body frame 63 is rotated so as to be positioned, and the vehicle body frame 63 is pulled up onto the floor 22. The arm portion 47 rotates in accordance with the elevation of the engaging portion 70 at this time.

When the slider portion 36 is located on the side opposite to the rear door opening portion 17, the entire wheelchair 20 enters the vehicle compartment 10, and as shown in FIG. Stored in the state. At this time, the arm portion 47 is in a state of being rotated upward from a predetermined height position regulated by the regulating portion 59 shown in FIG. Here, as shown in FIG. 6, an urging portion 60 made of an elastic material is provided on the connecting portion 50 side of the arm portion 47 so as to cover the connecting portion 50 side of the extending portion 51 of the arm portion 47. The urging portion 60 urges the arm portion 47 downward, that is, in a direction in which the arm portion 47 is brought into contact with the restricting portion 59. Therefore, the arm part 47 presses the wheelchair 20 against the floor 22 from above by the urging force of the urging part 60. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 8, since the engaging part 70 corresponding to each engaging part 56 is engaging, the wheelchair 20 is maintained in a folded state.

On the other hand, when lowering the wheelchair 20, the rear door 16 is slid to open the rear door opening 17, the operation unit (not shown) is operated to drive the drive mechanism 37 of the wheelchair on-vehicle device 1, and the slider 36 is guided to the guide rail. It is moved along the portion 35 toward the rear door opening 17 side. Then, the wheelchair 20 that engages with the arm portion 47 supported by the slider portion 36 is pushed by the arm portion 47 to bring the wheel 64 into contact with the floor 22 and roll on the floor 22. Contrary to the above-described on-vehicle operation, the vehicle body frame 63 is rotated so that the assisting handle portion 65 is positioned on the lower side, and the vehicle body frame 63 is lowered to the outside while being brought into contact with the outside and rolling at this portion. . When the arm portion 47 moves to the rear door opening 17 most, the wheelchair 20 is lowered to the ground 85 with the assistance handle portion 65 positioned on the lower side. When the operation piece 82 of the hook 73 of the engagement portion 70 shown in FIG. 7 is pulled upward from this state, the hook 73 rotates and the claw 81 is retracted from the recess 77, and the engagement shaft 53 is recessed. The engaging portion 70 is separated from the engaging portion 56 of the arm portion 47. In this way, the wheelchair 20 is lowered from the vehicle 11.

According to the embodiment described above, the slider portion 36 is moved along the guide rail portion 35 in a state where the engaging portion 56 of the wheelchair 20 is engaged with the engaging portion 56 of the arm portion 47. If it moves to the width direction, the arm part 47 will raise / lower the wheelchair 20 while making the wheel 64 contact the vehicle 11 and rolling. As described above, the arm portion 47 moves the wheelchair 20 up and down while making the wheel 64 come into contact with the vehicle 11 and rolling, so that when the vehicle body frame 63 of the wheelchair 20 is engaged with or disengaged from the arm portion 47 at the time of raising and lowering. It is no longer necessary to manually place or unload the wheelchair 20 with respect to the arm portion 47. Therefore, the labor and labor for raising and lowering the wheelchair 20 can be reduced.

Moreover, since the arm part 47 raises / lowers the wheelchair 20 while making the wheel 64 contact the vehicle 11 and rolling as mentioned above, it becomes unnecessary for the wheelchair vehicle-mounted apparatus 1 to support the full weight of the wheelchair 20. Therefore, the whole wheelchair in-vehicle apparatus 1 can be reduced in size.

Furthermore, since the wheelchair in-vehicle device 1 including the guide rail portion 35 is provided in the second row seat 13 provided on the floor 22 of the vehicle 11 so as to be slidable in the vehicle front-rear direction, the wheelchair in-vehicle device 1 is disposed on the floor 22. The sliding amount of the second row sheet 13 is not affected unlike the case where it is provided. Further, even if the seat is slid, the guide rail portion 35 is not largely exposed and the appearance is improved.

In addition, since the wheelchair in-vehicle device 1 including the guide rail portion 35 is provided below the seat portion 26 that can turn up and down in the second row seat 13, the wheelchair 20 is used when the wheelchair in-vehicle device 1 is used. When the vehicle is mounted on the vehicle, the seat 26 is turned upward to make a vehicle space for the wheelchair 20 and the wheelchair vehicle-mounted device 1 and the wheelchair 20 are accessible. Can be used as a normal second-row sheet 13. Moreover, since the wheelchair vehicle-mounted apparatus 1 is provided under the seat part 26, when the wheelchair vehicle-mounted apparatus 1 is not used, since the wheelchair vehicle-mounted apparatus 1 can be hidden by the seat part 26, an external appearance improves.

Furthermore, when the engaging part 70 of the wheelchair 20 is engaged with the engaging part 56 of the arm part 47, the wheelchair 20 can be maintained in the folded state by the engaging part 56 and the holding part 52 of the arm part 47. In addition, it is not necessary to bind the wheelchair 20 with a separate belt or the like so as to maintain the folded state.

In addition, since the arm portion 47 is restricted from rotating downward from the predetermined position by the restriction portion 59, when the wheelchair 20 is engaged, the work of lifting the arm portion 47 that has been lowered manually is unnecessary. become. Further, even when a downward force is applied to the arm portion 47 during the engaging operation, the restricting portion 59 restricts the rotation, so that it is not necessary to hold it manually. Therefore, the labor and labor for raising and lowering the wheelchair 20 can be further reduced.

Furthermore, since the arm portion 47 is urged downward by the urging portion 60, the wheelchair 20 is pressed and fixed to the floor 22 side of the vehicle 11 via the arm portion 47 when the wheelchair 20 is mounted on the vehicle 11. This eliminates the need to stop the floor 22 with a separate belt or the like.

In the above embodiment, the case where the engaging portion 56 having the engaging shaft 53 is provided on the wheelchair on-vehicle device 1 side and the engaging portion 70 having the hook 73 is provided on the wheelchair 20 side has been described as an example. Conversely, the engaging portion 56 having the engaging shaft 53 may be provided on the wheelchair 20 side, and the engaging portion 70 having the hook 73 may be provided on the wheelchair on-vehicle device 1 side. Furthermore, without providing a dedicated engaging portion on the wheelchair 20 side, an existing predetermined portion of the wheelchair 20 is used as an engaging portion, and a hook type engaging portion that engages with the predetermined portion is provided on the wheelchair in-vehicle device 1 side. May be.
