Claims (8)
- 複数のノズルに連通した複数の圧力室を有する導電性材料からなる流路ユニットと、
圧電層と、
前記圧電層に積層された一又は複数の絶縁層と、
それぞれが前記圧力室に対向する複数の個別電極と、
前記複数の個別電極と共に前記圧電層を挟む共通電極と、
前記流路ユニットと前記一又は複数の絶縁層のうちの最外層とを接着する導電性接着剤からなる接着層と、
前記共通電極と電気的に接続されつつ前記最外層における前記流路ユニットとの接着面に到達しており、且つ、端部において前記接着層と電気的に接合された導電性部材とを備え、
前記導電性部材の少なくとも一部が、前記最外層に設けられた孔であって、前記最外層内をその厚さ方向に延在し且つ前記最外層における前記流路ユニットとの前記接着面に開口を有する前記孔内に埋め込まれており、
前記端部の外縁は、平面視において、前記孔の外縁より径方向の外側に位置しており、
前記流路ユニットにおける前記最外層との接着面には、前記孔に対向して前記端部よりも径が大きい凹部が形成されていることを特徴とするインクジェットヘッド。 - 前記最外層の孔の内壁面には、前記最外層の接着面と同一平面上に一端を有する筒状の内部配線が配置され、前記導電性部材が前記内部配線内に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記端部の少なくとも一部が前記接着面から突出していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記導電性部材を複数備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記複数の導電性部材に係る複数の前記端部によって、前記流路ユニットにおいて前記圧電層に対向した領域内にある複数の前記圧力室が取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記圧電層と前記一又は複数の絶縁層とが積層された積層体における最外層である前記圧電層の表面に、平面視において前記複数の個別電極を取り囲むように形成された複数の表面電極をさらに備えており、
前記積層体内には、前記導電性部材が各一端に配置され且つ前記共通電極を一部として含む複数の内部導電体路が形成されており、
前記内部導電体路の他端が前記表面電極と電気的に接合されており、
平面視において、前記表面電極の少なくとも一部が、前記端部を避けて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のインクジェットヘッド。 - 平面視において、前記表面電極の少なくとも一部が、前記孔を避けて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 複数の前記圧力室が配列することによって形成された複数の圧力室群に対向しつつ、前記圧電層、前記1又は複数の絶縁層、複数の前記個別電極及び前記共通電極を含む複数のアクチュエータユニットが、前記圧力室群を形成する全ての前記圧力室に跨るサイズと形状とを有しており、
前記アクチュエータユニットの外縁と前記圧力室群との間において、平面視で円形の外形形状を有する複数の前記凹部が等間隔に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
