Description

本発明は、たとえば、バッグインボックスの内袋のような液体容器に適用される注出装置およびバッグインボックスに関する。
この種のバッグインボックスは、プラスチックフィルムで形成した内袋と、この内袋を収納する段ボール製外箱とから形成されている。バッグインボックスの内袋１００は、図５に示すように、延伸ナイロンフィルムとポリエチレンのラミネートフィルムを素材とした平袋状内袋本体１０１と、この内袋本体１０１の一面に取り付けられた注出装置１０２とを有する。
上記バッグインボックスは、内袋にミネラルウォーターや果実飲料のような液体製品を無菌状態に充填することで、液体製品を保管したり、液体製品を目的地に輸送するために利用されている。
バッグインボックスの内袋１００に設けられる注出装置１０２は、図６に示すように、外面にねじ部１０３を設けた口部１０４と口部１０４の下端に一体成形された取り付け部１０５とを有する注出口１０６を有する。注出口１０６は、口部１０４の端部に完全シールされた第１シール片１０７を配置し、取り付け部１０５の下面に部分的にシールされた第２シール片１０８を配置している。この状態で、ガンマー線が照射され内袋の内部は無菌状態を維持する。
上記バッグインボックスは、内袋１００に果実飲料のような液体製品を充填する場合、注出口１０６の口部１０４をシールした第１シール片１０７を破断し、注出口１０６に充填ノズルを装着し、充填ノズルから注入される液体製品を口部１０４から取り付け部１０５を部分的にシールする第２シール片１０８の開口を通して内袋１００の内部に充填する。そして、内袋１００の内部に所定量の液体製品が充填されたら、口部１０４から充填ノズルを取り外し、図示しないシール手段により部分的にシールされた第２シール片１０８で取り付け部１０５を完全シールすることで行なう。
上記バッグインボックスの内袋に設けた注出装置は、注出口に２つのシール片を有し、一方のシール片を内容物充填時に破断し、他方のシール片を内容物充填後に別途設けたシール手段を用いてシールするので、内容物充填操作を簡単に行うことができないとともに再利用することもできない。
本発明は、上記した点を考慮してなされたもので、内容物充填操作を簡単に行うことができかつ再利用を可能にする液体容器の注出装置およびバッグインボックスを提供することを目的とする。
本発明の液体容器の注出装置は、液体容器に取り付けられる注出口に螺着されるキャップの天板中央部に注出口の口部に装入される上端開口の筒状部を設け、筒状部の下面に注入開口を形成し、筒状部の内部空間に周辺部に少なくとも１つの注入孔を形成した円形板を上下動自在に配置し、円形板の下面に筒状部の注入開口を閉じる閉鎖部を設けたことで、内容物充填時には、キャップに充填ノズルを装着し、充填ノズルから注入される内容物を円形板の注入孔を通して液体容器の内部に充填し、内容物充填後は、円形板を下動して円形板の閉鎖部で筒状部の注入開口を閉じることができるので、内容物の充填を一連の操作で簡単に行うことができる。
本発明のバッグインボックスは、請求項１に記載の注出装置を設けた内袋を外箱の内部に配置して構成される。
本発明による液体容器の注出装置は、キャップの天板中央部に注出口の口部に装入される上端開口の筒状部を設け、筒状部の下面に注入口を形成し、筒状部の内部に周辺部に少なくとも１つの注入孔を有する円形板を上下動自在に配置し、円形板の下面に筒状部の注入口を閉じる閉鎖部を設けたことで、キャップを注出口に螺着したまま液体容器に液体製品を無菌状態で充填することができ、充填に連動して注出口を密封することができる。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
図１において符号１は本発明による液体容器の注出装置を示す。この注出装置１は、バッグインボックスの内袋のような液体容器２に結合される注出口３と、この注出口３に螺着されるキャップ４とを有する。注出口３およびキャップ４は、ぼりオレフィン系樹脂材料から成形されている。液体容器２は、延伸ナイロンフィルムとポリエチレンフィルムと低密度ポリエチレンフィルムのラミネートフィルムにより通常の手段で成形されている。
上記注出口３は、図３に示すように、外面にねじ部５を形成した口部６とこの口部６の下端に一体成形された取り付け部７とを有する。上記注出口３は、取り付け部７を液体容器２の内側に位置するように配置され、その上面を液体容器２の内面に通常の接着手段により取り付けられる。
上記キャップ４は、図３に示すように、天板８とこの天板８の外周から下方に延びるスカート部９と天板８の中央部から下方に延びる断面円形の筒状部１０とを有する。筒状部１０は、外径を注出口３の口部６に装入できる寸法に設定され、下面１１の中央部に注入口１２を有する。筒状部１０の内部に上下方向に摺動自在に円形板１３が配置されている。
上記円形板１３は、図２および図３に示すように、周辺部に同一円上に位置するように配置された４つの円弧状注入孔１４と下面に筒状部１０の注入口１２を閉じるように突設された閉鎖部１５を有する。円形板１３は、閉鎖部１５を注入口１２に密に嵌合することで閉鎖位置から動かないようにされる。円形板１３に形成した注入孔１４は、図２では４つであるが、その数は必要に応じて増減できるし、場合によっては、円形孔を同一円上に配置してもよい。
上記キャップ４は、スカート部９の内面に注出口３の口部６に設けたねじ部５に螺合するねじ部１６を有する。
また、上記注出装置１は、キャップ４を注出口３に螺合した使用前の段階で、無菌状態を保持するために、少なくともキャップ４の天板８の開口部を含む領域を図示しないポリエステルフィルムとオレフィン系樹脂層のラミネートフィルム片のシール片が配置されている。
また、本発明の注出装置１を設けた内袋２は、段ボール製外箱の内部に配置されてバッグインボックスを構成する。
つぎに、本発明による注出装置の作用を説明する。
注出装置１は、使用前の段階では、キャップ４の天板８の少なくとも開口部を覆うように図示しないシール片が接合されている。また、液体容器２に結合された注出口３に螺着されたキャップ４は、図３に示すように、筒状部１０の内部に配置された円形板１３を筒状部１０の上方に位置している。そのため、円形板１３の閉鎖部１５は注入口１２から外れ定置され、筒状部１０の注入口１２は開いた状態にある。
液体容器２に果実飲料のような液体製品を充填するには、キャップ４の天板８を囲むように配置されたフィルム片を突き破りまたは破断し、図示しない液体充填装置の充填ノズルをキャップ４の筒状部１０に配置し、充填ノズルから注入される液体製品をキャップ４の天板８に設けた筒状部１０から円形板１３の注入孔１４および筒状部１０の注入口１２を通し注出口３から液体容器２の内部に注入する。
所定量の液体製品が液体容器２に充填されたら、充填ノズルをキャップ４の筒状部１０から取り外し、図示しない押圧手段の押圧ロッドをキャップ４の筒状部１０に装入し、下動する押圧ロッドにより円形板１３を下方に押す。これにより、図４に示すように、円形板１３は、下方に突き出る閉鎖部１５が筒状部１０に設けた注入口１２に嵌合され、液体容器２の注出口３はキャップ４により完全に閉じられる。
このように、本発明による注出装置は、液体製品への液体容器の充填および密封を無菌状態の下で一連の操作で行うことができる。
本発明によるバッグインボックスは、液体飲料を無菌状態で充填し、目的地に液体飲料を無菌状態を保持して搬送するのに適している。

Claims (4)

  1. 外面にねじ部を形成した口部と口部の下端に一体成形された取り付け部を有する注出口を備える液体容器用注出装置に用いられる液体容器の注出装置用キャップであって、
    天板と天板の外周から下方に延びるスカート部を有しスカート部の内面に前記注出口の前記ねじ部に螺合するキャップねじ部を形成し、
    天板中央部に前記注出口の前記口部に装入される上端開口の筒状部を設け、筒状部の下面に注入口を形成し、筒状部の内部に周辺部に少なくとも１つの注入孔を有する円形板を上下動自在に配置し、円形板の下面に筒状部の注入口を閉じる閉鎖部を設け、
    前記円形板は、前記筒状部内部に配置されており、前記円形板の側壁面と前記筒状部の内壁面とが摺動可能にであることにより前記筒状部と一体的であり、前記円形板が前記筒状部内を上下動することによって前記閉鎖部は筒状部の注入口を開閉自在であり、
    前記円形板の前記注入孔は前記円形板の上下方向の表裏面を貫通するように形成されている
    ことを特徴とする液体容器の注出装置用キャップ。
  2. 請求項１に記載の液体容器の注出装置用キャップと、
    外面にねじ部を形成した口部と口部の下端に一体成形された取り付け部を有する注出口と
    を備えることを特徴とする液体容器用注出装置。
  3. キャップの天板をフィルム片で被覆したことを特徴とする請求項２に記載の液体容器用注出装置。
  4. 請求項２または３に記載の液体容器用注出装置を設けた内袋を外箱の内部に配置した
    ことを特徴とするバッグインボックス。
