Description
Claims (6)
- 複数の相巻線及び永久磁石回転子を有するブラシレス直流モータを制御する方法であって、
前記相巻線の各々で生成される逆起電力(BEMF)を検出するステップと、
前記相巻線毎に設けられ、それぞれが前記検出されたBEMFを第1入力とし、前記検出されたBEMFの振幅に依存する利得制御信号を第2入力とし前記第2入力の前記利得制御信号に基いて前記第1入力の前記BEMFの大きさを調整した出力を生じる複数の自動利得制御回路により、前記検出されたBEMF値の大きさを一定レベルに調整した利得補正BEMF信号を生成するステップと、
前記利得補正BEMF信号を使用して前記ブラシレス直流モータの前記永久磁石回転子の位置を決定するステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記相巻線と前記自動利得制御回路の間に電圧分割器が設けられている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記利得補正BEMF信号の大きさが前記ブラシレス直流モータの中性電圧を横切ったことを決定することにより、前記ブラシレス直流モータの前記永久磁石回転子の位置を決定し、
更に、
前記利得補正BEMF信号の大きさが前記ブラシレス直流モータの中性電圧を横切ったという前記決定に基づいて、制御信号を、前記複数の相巻線に電流を選択的に加えるインバータに加えるステップを含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。 - 複数の相巻線及び永久磁石回転子を有するブラシレス直流モータの制御回路であって、
前記相巻線毎に設けられ、それぞれが前記相巻線に誘起される逆起電力(BEMF)を第1入力とし、前記検出されたBEMFの振幅に依存する利得制御信号を第2入力とし、前記第2入力の前記利得制御信号に基いて前記第1入力の前記BEMFの大きさを調整した出力を生じることにより前記誘起されたBEMFの大きさを一定レベルに調整した利得補正BEMF信号を生じる複数の自動利得制御回路と、
ゼロ交差検出回路を有し、前記BEMFを受け取り該BEMFの振幅に依存した前記利得制御信号を生じると共に、前記複数の自動利得制御回路からの前記利得補正BEMF信号を受け取り該利得補正BEMF信号の大きさが前記ブラシレス直流モータの中性電圧を横切ったという決定に基づく制御信号生じる制御装置と、
前記制御装置からの前記制御信号に応答して、前記複数の相巻線に電流を選択的に加えるインバータとを備える、制御回路。 - 前記相巻線と前記自動利得制御回路の第1入力との間に設けられた電圧分割器を備える、請求項4に記載の制御回路。
- 前記中性電圧が、前記複数の相巻線の各々の電圧から計算される、請求項4に記載の制御回路。
