Claims (6)
- 破砕容器内に破砕対象とする試料と共に破砕媒体を収容し、破砕容器を振動させて試料を破砕する用に供する試料破砕具において、細長い有底円筒状で、底面が略半球状または半楕円球状に凹設された容器本体、およびその開口部を開閉可能に封止し、天井面が略半球状または半楕円球状に凹設された蓋体を備えた破砕容器と、前記破砕容器内に収容され、本体部が前記容器本体内にその軸芯にほぼ沿った姿勢を保持してほぼ軸芯方向に相対移動するように円柱状に形成され、一方の端部が前記容器本体の底面形状に対応するように略半球状または半楕円球状でかつ前記本体部に連続するようにして凸設され、他方の端部が前記蓋体の天井面形状に対応するように略半球状または半楕円球状でかつ前記本体部に連続するようにして凸設され、全長は前記破砕容器の内径より長く、外径は前記破砕容器の容積が2ml乃至50mlである時に前記破砕容器の内径より1mm乃至2mm小さい破砕媒体とを備えた事を特徴とする試料破砕具。
- 破砕容器内に破砕対象とする試料と共に破砕媒体を収容し、破砕容器を振動させて試料を破砕する用に供する試料破砕具において、細長い有底円筒状で、底面が略半球状、半楕円球状または載頭円錐状に凹設された容器本体、およびその開口部を開閉可能に封止し、天井面が略半球状、半楕円球状または載頭円錐状に凹設された蓋体を備えた破砕容器と、前記破砕容器内に収容され、本体部が前記容器本体内にその軸芯にほぼ沿った姿勢を保持してほぼ軸芯方向に相対移動するように円柱状に形成され、一方の端部が前記容器本体の底面形状に対応するように略半球状、半楕円球状または載頭円錐状でかつ前記本体部に連続するようにして凸設され、他方の端部が前記蓋体の天井面形状に対応するように略半球状、半楕円球状または載頭円錐状でかつ前記本体部に連続するようにして凸設され、全長は前記破砕容器の内径より長く、外径は前記破砕容器の容積が2ml乃至50mlである時に前記破砕容器の内径より1mm乃至2mm小さい破砕媒体とを、備えたことを特徴とする試料破砕具。
- 破砕容器の内径と破砕媒体の本体部の外径の差が2mm以下に形成されてなる請求項1又は2に記載の試料破砕具。
- 破砕媒体の端部表面に1又は複数の溝が形成されてなる請求項1〜3いずれか一項に記載の試料破砕具。
- 試料は、液体窒素浴で凍結して凍結真空乾燥したものを用いる請求項1〜4いずれか一項に記載の試料破砕具。
- 破砕媒体は、表面を研磨したチタン製である請求項1〜5いずれか一項に記載の試料破砕具。
