Description
Claims (15)
- 血管を内視鏡的に採取する装置であって、
少なくとも2つのルーメンを含む内視鏡筒体であって、前記ルーメンのうちの1つは内視鏡を受容するために必要な寸法を有している内視鏡筒体と、
前記内視鏡筒体の近位端に配置されたハンドルと、
目的とする血管を剥離して、焼灼させるために、前記内視鏡筒内に配置された少なくとも2つの指部と、
前記内視鏡筒体の遠位端部に配置された移動可能な円錐部とを備え、
前記指部は、各々末端がフック状に湾曲し、
前記フック状の指部の大きさと湾曲半径は、前記内視鏡を受容する前記ルーメンのそれと一致する形状を有し、
前記円錐部は、前記少なくとも2つの指部を隠し、前記ルーメンの内視鏡レンズに対してコンパクトに配置する状態で前記指部を収容する第1の位置と、前記少なくとも2つの指部を前記第1の位置の収容部の外部に露出させている遠位へ移動した第2の位置をとり得る内視鏡的血管採取装置。 - 前記ルーメンのうちの1つの中に内視鏡を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記指部は湾曲した末端部を有する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記指部のうちの1つは内側の指部として定義され、前記指部のうちの他のものは外側の指部として定義され、前記指部を互いに軸方向に隣接させた際に前記内側と外側の指部の間に形成される面により組織を切断する、請求項3に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記指部の各々の動きを操作するための操作機構を含む、請求項3に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記操作機構は、前記ハンドルに配置されている各々の前記指部のための操作リングから形成され、前記操作リングは、前記各々の指部の回転と長手方向の動きを操作する、請求項5に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記操作リングの各々は操作杆に接続され、前記操作杆の遠位端は前記指部のうちのひとつに接続され、前記操作リングを第1の位置と第2の位置の間で動かすことにより、定められた指部の動きをもたらす、請求項6に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記操作リングの各々は、一緒に回転方向に動き、また一緒にまたは独立して長手方向に動く、請求項7に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記操作杆は、前記内視鏡筒体の二つのルーメンのうち一つの中に延在している、請求項7に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの指部の各々は、その間で組織を切断し焼灼させるための双極電極を有する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記操作機構は一対のピンチタブを含む、請求項6に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記ピンチタブを互いに接近させることにより、前記内側と外側の指部が軸方向に隣接し、その間に組織を焼灼させる面を形成する、請求項11に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記移動可能な円錐部は、縦通部分と円錐先端部分からなる、請求項1に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記円錐先端部分は、実質的に透明である、請求項13に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記移動可能な円錐部を長手方向に移動させるための操作タブを有する、請求項14に記載の内視鏡的血管採取装置。
