Description
液圧ユニットのブロックの体積、面積が影響されない構造で、かつハウジング内の回路基板の大きさも自由に設計でき、小型化、低コスト化を図ることができるという効果が得られる。また、前記液圧ユニットに液圧ポンプが設けられており、ハウジングの固定部をポンプの固定部に係止するようにしたから、ハウジング固定用とポンプ固定用の固定部材を兼用することができるという効果が得られる。

Claims (7)
- 電気的な制御信号に基づいて液圧を調整して車両の運動を制御するように液圧を送り出す液圧ユニットと、上記電気的な制御信号を送信して液圧ユニットに設けられている電気的なアクチュエータを制御し、駆動する電子制御ユニットとを備え、電子制御ユニットの回路基板、電子部品のような電気部材を収容するハウジングに液圧ユニットのブロックに適合する嵌合部を設け、この嵌合部を液圧ユニットのブロック側面に臨ませて嵌合固定し、両ユニットを一体に連結した液圧制御装置の一体化構造であって、前記液圧ユニットに液圧ポンプが設けられており、ハウジングの固定部をポンプの固定部に係止するようにしたことを特徴とする液圧制御装置の一体化構造。
- 前記電子制御ユニットのハウジングに設けた嵌合部と液圧ユニットのブロックの側面との間に、両者をシールするシール部材を介在させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧制御装置の一体化構造。
- 前記嵌合部を液圧ユニットのブロックに対し着脱自在に固定したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液圧制御装置の一体化構造。
- 前記嵌合部をハウジング片面から延びるスカートによって形成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の液圧制御装置の一体化構造。
- 前記嵌合部をハウジングと同一材料でハウジングから延長して形成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液圧制御装置の一体化構造。
- 前記嵌合部をハウジングに設けたハウジングの固定部によって形成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の液圧制御装置の一体化構造。
- 前記電子制御ユニットのハウジングを、電気部材を収容するハウジング端壁で密閉したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の液圧制御装置の一体化構造。
