Description
図1にハイブリッド車用電池寿命評価装置の一つの実施形態の基本構成のブロック図を示す。本ハイブリッド車用電池寿命評価装置1は、実走行測定部2、試験走行記憶部3a、実走行記録部4、電池寿命評価部5、及び電池寿命表示部6から構成される。
図4にハイブリッド車用電池寿命評価装置の他の実施形態の基本構成を示すブロック図を示す。実走行燃費データと比較するデータが、その車両の過去の実走行燃費データの場合である。本実施形態でのハイブリッド車用電池寿命評価装置1は、実走行測定部2、実走行記憶部3b、実走行記録部4、電池寿命評価部5、電池寿命表示部6により構成される。以下、試験走行データに基づく電池寿命評価装置と異なる部分のみ詳細に説明する。
Claims (3)
- 電池を動力源として搭載したハイブリッド車両の実走行燃費データを車両のコーナリングごとに測定し、車両のコーナリングごとのハンドリング操作、フットブレーキ操作、及びアクセル操作の履歴を測定する実走行測定部と、
測定された実走行燃費データの履歴を車両のコーナリングごとに記録する実走行記録部と、
車両の走行試験から、車両のコーナリングごとに測定された試験走行燃費データを記憶し、車両のコーナリングごとのハンドリング操作、フットブレーキ操作、及びアクセル操作の履歴を測定して記憶する試験走行記憶部と、
実走行記録部に記録された車両のコーナリングごとのハンドリング操作、フットブレーキ操作、及びアクセル操作の履歴と、試験走行記憶部に記録された車両のコーナリングごとのハンドリング操作、フットブレーキ操作、及びアクセル操作の履歴とから運転操作者の運転習熟度を判断して走行燃費のばらつきを設定し、実走行記録部に記録された車両のコーナリングにおける複数の実走行燃費データの平均値を、車両のコーナリングにおける試験走行燃費データから抽出された電池の劣化の程度ごとに設定された走行燃費低下曲線に当てはめて電池の劣化の程度を算出し、運転操作者の運転操作の習熟度により設定された走行燃費のばらつきから設定された走行燃費の低下値を加味して電池の劣化の程度を評価する電池寿命評価部と、
を備えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車用電池寿命評価装置。 - 電池を動力源として搭載したハイブリッド車両の実走行燃費データを車両の車線変更ごとに測定し、車両の車線変更ごとのハンドリング操作、フットブレーキ操作、及びアクセル操作の履歴を測定する実走行測定部と、
測定された実走行燃費データの履歴を車両の車線変更ごとに記録する実走行記録部と、
車両の走行試験から、車両の車線変更ごとに測定された試験走行燃費データを記憶し、車両の車線変更ごとのハンドリング操作、フットブレーキ操作、及びアクセル操作の履歴を測定して記憶する試験走行記憶部と、
実走行記録部に記録された車両の車線変更ごとのハンドリング操作、フットブレーキ操作、及びアクセル操作の履歴と、試験走行記憶部に記録された車両の車線変更ごとのハンドリング操作、フットブレーキ操作、及びアクセル操作の履歴とから運転操作者の運転習熟度を判断して走行燃費のばらつきを設定し、実走行記録部に記録された車両の車線変更における複数の実走行燃費データの平均値を、車両の車線変更における試験走行燃費データから抽出された電池の劣化の程度ごとに設定された走行燃費低下曲線に当てはめて電池の劣化の程度を算出し、運転操作者の運転操作の習熟度により設定された走行燃費のばらつきから設定された走行燃費の低下値を加味して電池の劣化の程度を評価する電池寿命評価部と、

車両の走行試験から、車両の発進及び減速ごとに測定された試験走行燃費データを記憶し、車両の発進及び減速ごとのフットブレーキ操作、及びアクセル操作の履歴を測定して記憶する試験走行記憶部と、
