Description
さらに、推定誤差をもとに自動補正する方法が提案されている (例えば、特許文献1参照)。
本発明は上記の課題を解決するものであり、ステータ巻線とマグネットロータの磁極位置を安価で簡単に確認できる方法および補正方法を提供することを目的とする。
、2はモータ1の位置を検出する位置検出手段、3は位置検出手段2の出力を入力とする制御部、4は制御部3でステータ巻線とロータマグネットの磁極位置情報をもとに生成された電流指令、5は電流指令4を入力とするモータ駆動回路、6はモータが外部から駆動されることにより発生する誘起電圧、7は波形測定装置である。

Claims (2)
- ステータ巻線とロータマグネットの磁極位置情報に基づいて位置検出器付モータを駆動するモータ制御装置において、モータ巻線に通電する現タイミングでの磁極位置情報を求めるステップ1と、モータ制御装置とモータの結線を外し、モータを外部駆動するステップ2と、ステップ2によりモータから発生する誘起電圧と、位置検出器付モータの位置情報から生成される電流指令とを波形測定装置を用いて測定するステップ3と、ステップ3で測定された誘起電圧と電流指令の位相差から磁極位置のずれを求めるステップ4とを備え、ステップ1において、前記位置検出器付モータは、磁極位置検出のためのCSセンサがなく、磁極位置推定から得られる磁極位置を磁極位置情報とし、ステップ4により得られる磁極位置のずれをパラメータに加算することで、磁極位置情報を補正する磁極位置確認方法。
- ステップ4において、電流指令のゼロクロスを切替タイミングとする矩形波を用いて前記矩形波と誘起電圧の位相差を求める請求項1に記載の磁極位置確認方法。
