Claims (3)
- 水又は水及び有機溶媒の混合溶媒よりなる溶媒と、金、白金、銀、パラジウム、ロジウム、イリジウム、ルテニウム、オスミウムの少なくとも1種の金属又は金属酸化物よりなるクラスター粒子と、前記クラスター粒子を保護する保護剤と、からなる金属コロイドにおいて、
前記保護剤は、ジメチルラウリルアミンオキサイドであり、200℃以下の温度で蒸発又は昇華可能な有機化合物であることを特徴とする金属コロイド。 - 請求項1に記載の金属コロイドを、炭素、プラスチック、セラミックス、ガラスのいずれかよりなる粉末状、板状、バルク状の支持体に吸着、塗布する工程と、
支持体を、空気中又は不活性ガス雰囲気下で200℃以下の温度で加熱することにより金属コロイド中の保護剤を除去する工程と、を含む機能材料の製造方法。 - 金属コロイド中の塩素イオンを除去する脱塩素イオン処理を施した後に、金属コロイドを支持体に吸着、塗布する請求項2記載の機能材料の製造方法。
