本発明は、プレゼンス情報を要求することなくプレゼンス情報を表示させることを可能としたプレゼンス表示制御装置等に関する。

従来より、ユーザの状態を示すプレゼンス情報を表示させることのできる電話システムが利用されている。

プロキシサーバ３Ａは、電話機２１等からへの発信により電話機２２等へ着信を行う。一方、プレゼンスサーバ１Ａは、電話機２１等を使用するユーザの状態を示すプレゼンス情報を電話機２２等に表示させる。なお、類似の技術が下記の特許文献１に開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、電話機２２等がプレゼンス情報を表示するためには、プレゼンスサーバ１Ａは電話機２１等に対し、そして電話機２２等はプレゼンスサーバ１Ａに対し、プレゼンス情報の要求を行わなければならない。したがって、かかる要求を行うことなくプレゼンス情報を表示させたいとの要望が強い。

そこで本発明は、上記の従来の課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、プレゼンス情報を要求することなくプレゼンス情報を表示させることを可能としたプレゼンス表示制御装置、プレゼンス表示制御方法、プレゼンス表示制御プログラム及びプレゼンス表示制御プログラムを格納した記録媒体を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記従来の課題を解決するために、請求項１の本発明は、ユーザに通知される通知情報と、該通知情報を当該ユーザに使用される電話機からの発信と当該電話機への着信のどちらがなされる際に使用するかを示す発着種別と、当該発信または着信の際の当該電話機の相手の電話機を示す相手電話情報が予め記憶される記憶手段と、電話接続の際の発側の電話情報と着側の電話情報の一方を処理対象電話情報とし他方を相手電話情報としたときに、前記記憶手段の発着種別と当該処理対象電話情報の発着種別とが同じでありかつ前記記憶手段の相手電話情報と当該電話接続の際の相手電話情報とが同じであるか否かを判定する判定手段と、前記判定手段により肯定的な判定結果が得られた場合は、前記記憶手段の通知情報を前記ユーザの状態を示すプレゼンス情報として表示させる表示制御手段とを備えることを特徴とするプレゼンス表示制御装置をもって解決手段とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

プレゼンスサーバ１は、本発明のプレゼンス表示制御方法を実行するプレゼンス表示制御装置に相当するコンピュータであり、電話機２１，２２及び２３や図示しない他の電話機に、これら電話機を利用してログオンしたユーザの状態を示すプレゼンス情報を表示させるように構成されている。一方、電話接続装置であるプロキシサーバ３は、電話機同士に通話のためのリンクを形成して（以下、接続という）してユーザ同士が通話できるように構成されている。

電話機２１等には、該電話機に固有のアドレス（ＩＰアドレス等）が割り当てられている。特に電話機能には各電話機に共通なポート番号が割り当てられている。また、電話機は、プレゼンス情報の表示等の機能を備えていて、当該表示等の機能には各電話機に共通であって電話機能のものとは異なるポート番号が割り当てられている。したがって、各電話機に対しては、アドレスとポート番号を指定すれば接続でき、また、プレゼンス情報等を表示させたりすることができる。
