3端子型固体電解コンデンサを、以下に示す手順で作製した。
2 弁作用金属箔(アルミニウム箔)
3 絶縁性塗膜
4 固体電解質層
5 陰極導電層
6 陽極引出部
7 陽極端子
8 導電性ペースト
9 陰極端子
10 金属ワイヤ
11 外装用樹脂
12 短絡防止絶縁性塗膜
13 陰極導通用塗膜
14 陰極形成部
15 貫通孔
16 誘電体酸化皮膜
Claims (4)
- 誘電体酸化皮膜を形成させた弁作用金属箔の両面に、コンデンサ素子の陽極引出部及び陰極形成部を設け、陰極形成部をマス目状に残して絶縁性塗膜を被覆する工程、陰極形成部に化学重合導電性高分子からなる導電性プレコート層を形成する工程、陰極形成部の外周部の少なくとも一部に貫通孔を穿ち、ついで、該貫通孔内の陰極形成部断面を化成する工程、導電性プレコート層及び貫通孔内の陰極形成部断面に、順次、電解重合導電性高分子からなる固体電解質層及び陰極導電層を形成する工程、マス目毎にコンデンサ素子を切り離して製品化する工程を包含し、かつ上記工程により、コンデンサ素子両面に形成させた陰極導電層が、貫通孔内の陰極形成部断面に形成させた陰極導電層を介して電気的に導通されてなることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 導電性プレコート層が、化学重合により形成させたポリピロールまたはポリチオフェンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 電解重合導電性高分子が、電解重合により形成させたポリピロールまたはポリチオフェンであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- コンデンサ素子が、陰極形成部の両端に陽極形成部を設けてなる三端子型であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
