Abstract
【解決手段】複数の充放電可能な円筒型の単電池10と、複数の円筒型単電池10を保持する保持部材20とを備えた組電池であって、円筒型単電池10の外周面32には、周方向に並列した凹凸であって電池長軸方向に畝状に延びる凹凸34が形成されており、保持部材20は、凹凸34にかみ合う溝部28が内周面29に形成された複数の電池装着孔26を備えており、ここで、複数の円筒型単電池10は各々、保持部材20の電池装着孔26に挿入された状態で保持されており、その状態において、単電池外周面32の凹凸34と電池装着孔26の溝部27とが相互に嵌合するように構成されている。

Description
すなわち、円筒型単電池の外周面に所定形状の長軸方向に畝状に延びる凹凸を設け、保持部材側には、上記凹凸と対応する内周面形状の電池装着孔を設け、両者の形状を合わせて単電池を保持部材に組み付けているため、保持部材に対する円筒型単電池の相対的な回転を阻止することができる。

Claims (5)
- 複数の充放電可能な円筒型の単電池と、
前記複数の円筒型単電池を保持する保持部材と、
を備えた組電池であって、
前記円筒型単電池の外周面には、その周方向に並列した凹凸であって電池長軸方向に畝状に延びる凹凸が形成されており、
前記保持部材は、前記単電池外周面の凹凸にかみ合う溝部が内周面に形成された複数の電池装着孔を備えており、
ここで、前記複数の円筒型単電池は各々、前記保持部材の電池装着孔に挿入された状態で保持されており、その状態において、前記単電池外周面の凹凸と前記電池装着孔の溝部とが相互に嵌合するように構成されていることを特徴とする、組電池。 - 前記単電池外周面の凹凸は、前記円筒型単電池の径方向の中心軸に対して非対称な形状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記円筒型単電池は、正極および負極を構成する電極体を収容する金属製の外装ケースを備えており、
前記単電池外周面の凹凸は、前記外装ケースの外周面に塑性加工を施すことによって当該外装ケースと一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の組電池。 - 前記単電池外周面の凹凸は、前記円筒型単電池の外周面全域に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の組電池。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の組電池を備える車両。
