【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主として橋桁や電力ケーブルの鉄塔等の屋外構造物を対象としたボルト・ナットの締結部に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
連結部材のボルト・ナットによる締結部には、締め付けられたナットが振動や衝撃等によってって不当に緩み出すことを防止できるナット緩み止めのための提案が多くなされ実用化もされている。一方、不心得者によって故意にナットが外され、連結された構成部材が解体される危険に曝されるという事故を防止できるようにした締結部も提案されているが、かかる締結部を構成するには必要とする部品数等の面で問題があった。本発明はかかる問題を解決したものであって、その目的は、構成が簡単であって締結作業も容易迅速にできるボルト・ナットの締結部を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の特徴とするボルト・ナットの締結部は、ボルトに螺合して締付けられているナットの頂面部と接合させるようにして、そのナットから突出しているボルトにカラーを回転可能に遊嵌し、このカラー内に没入できる大きさに形成されている螺旋ナットを上記ボルトに螺合して該カラー内に相対的回転ができるように収容し、そのカラーの上記ナット側に臨む口縁の内側に形成されている肩部に上記螺旋ナットを当接して成るものである。

この構成のボルト・ナットの締結部において、螺旋ナットの先端部（切断面）側に製作時の仕上げの関係でバリが生じていると、ボルトに遊嵌したカラーを回転させた場合、そのカラーと螺旋ナットは摩擦抵抗でボルトから外れる方向へ共回りができるようになる。カラーと螺旋ナットが共回りしてボルトから外れる方向へ移動すると、ナットの戻し操作が可能になってボルト・ナットの締結が故意に解除されてしまうという危険が生じるので、かかる危険を解消するためにはカラーの肩部にワッシャーを装着するのが好ましく、このワッシャーがカラーと螺旋ナット間に介在することによって、カラーと螺旋ナットに共回りを生じさせる摩擦抵抗を解消することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照しながら説明する。１は金属製のカラーであり、ボルト５に螺合して締め付けられたナット６の頂面部６ａと接合するようにして該ボルト５に回転可能に遊嵌されている。カラー１の片側の口縁（ボルト５に遊嵌した時のナット６側に臨む口縁）２の内側は金属製の螺旋ナット３が当接できる肩部２ａに形成されている。螺旋ナット３はボルト５に螺合すると共に、カラー１内には該カラー１とは相対的回転ができるように、かつ没入状態に収容されている。図中、４はカラー１の肩部２ａに装着した金属製のワッシャーである。

以上のように構成されている本ボルト・ナットの締結部は、螺旋ナット３によってカラー１はボルト５上における移動が阻止され、またナット６はカラーの存在により戻り方向への操作ができないため、ボルト５とナット６の締結状態は強固に確定する。したがって、カラー１を破壊して螺旋ナット３をボルト５より取外さない限りはナット６の戻し操作は不能となり、前述したような不心得者による犯行を防止できる。

また、ワッシャー４がカラー１と螺旋ナット３の間に存在しているので、カラー１の肩部２ａと螺旋ナット３の先端部（切断面）３ａとの直接接触がなくなり、両者間に生じる摩擦抵抗によってカラー１と螺旋ナット３が共回りする不都合から回避できる。なお螺旋ナット３の巻き数は２．５〜３程度が好ましく、また、カラー１内に没入後の螺旋ナット３の締め付けは、例えば、操作棒（図示せず）の先端を螺旋ナット３の手前側の端部（切断面）３ｂに当て、螺旋ナット３を螺進させ操作により容易に行なうことができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記の如くであって、締結が完了した後のナット操作は不能となり、締結部の不当な解放操作ができなくなるもので、被接続部材の解体につながる危険な犯行を防止する上に有効である。また、締結部は、基本的にはボルトに遊嵌するカラーとボルトに螺合する螺旋ナットによる簡単な構成はであるから、締結作業が容易迅速にできる利点もある。
