Description
【0001】

"Production Examples 1-4: O / W emulsion"
[Table 1]
"Production method"
The components (a) and (b) were mixed and uniformly dissolved, and then the component (c) was added and stirred and emulsified. Production Examples 1 to 3 were emulsified using a homogenizer, and Production Example 4 was high-pressure emulsified using a nanomizer. In addition, in Production Examples 3 and 4, a surfactant of metal soap is generated in the formulation by the reaction of stearic acid and behenic acid with caustic potash.
[0057]
"Examples 1-2 and Comparative Examples 1-2: O / W / O type emulsion"
[Table 2]
"Production method"
Each component was mixed and emulsified using a homogenizer to produce an O / W / O type composite emulsion.
[0058]
From “Table 2”, in Examples 1 and 2 using an O / W emulsion containing higher alcohol, higher fatty acid and higher fatty acid soap, storage stability is good even when solid and semi-solid oil components are blended. In addition, an O / W / O type composite emulsion excellent in usability can be produced. On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1 and 2, even if solid and semi-solid oil components are blended for the purpose of improving usability, a stable emulsion cannot be obtained and usability is not improved. Moreover, Example 2 subjected to the high-pressure emulsification treatment has extremely excellent storage stability and usability.
[0059]
Next, all the O / W type emulsions of Production Examples 5 to 8 shown in “Table 3” were produced by high-pressure emulsification using a nanomizer, and the O / W / An O-type emulsion was produced. Comparative Examples 3 and 4 are examples in which an amphiphilic substance and a surfactant having a blending amount that does not form a gel at room temperature or higher in an amphiphilic substance-surfactant-oil-water system are used.

[Table 3]
[0061]
"Examples 3-4, Comparative Examples 3-4: O / W / O type emulsion"
[Table 4]
[0062]
Examples 3 and 4 had very good storage stability and usability, but Comparative Example 3 produced solid oil aggregates over time, and Comparative Example 4 produced oil floating over time. It was bad. As can be seen from Comparative Examples 3 and 4, even when the same amphiphile and surfactant as in Examples 3 and 4 are used, the amphiphile-surfactant-oil- When a gel is not formed at room temperature or higher in an aqueous system, an O / W / O type composite emulsion having good storage stability and usability cannot be obtained.
[0063]
Next, by the same manufacturing method as described above, the O / W type emulsion of Production Example 9 shown in “Table 5” was manufactured by high-pressure emulsification treatment using a nanomizer, and the O / W / O type shown in “Table 6” was produced. A composite emulsion was produced. Comparative Examples 5 and 6 are examples in which the blending weight ratio between the O / W emulsion and the outer phase oil deviates from the scope of the present invention.

"Evaluation of emulsion characteristics"
[Table 7]
[0068]
In Comparative Example 5, since the weight ratio of the O / W emulsion to the outer phase oil is larger than 2: 3, the O / W / O emulsion is formed immediately after the emulsification. Compared with 5-8, the storage stability was poor, and oil floating was observed in both room temperature storage and 50 ° C. storage. Further, as shown in Comparative Example 6, when the weight ratio of the O / W emulsion to the oil phase is more than 19: 1, the O / W emulsion is excessively phase-inverted and prepared during emulsification dispersion. It was confirmed that the emulsion was a mixture of O / W / O type and O / W type.
[0069]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain an O / W / O type composite emulsion having high temporal stability and good usability.
