Description
Claims (3)
- 燃焼室側部に配置した燃料噴射弁から燃焼室上部に配置した点火プラグに向かって流動する空気流を形成し、点火タイミングの少し前に燃料噴射弁から燃料を噴霧してこの空気流に燃料噴霧を乗せて点火プラグの着火タイミングにちょうど燃料噴霧が点火プラグに到達するように構成し、前記燃料噴射弁のノズル部に、燃料噴射口の弁座に着座する弁体と、この弁体をガイドする通孔を有する燃料旋回素子を設け、この燃料旋回素子には周方向に間隔を置いて配置された旋回溝を設け、この旋回溝を燃料噴射口の中心軸線を通る仮想放射線に対して平行に所定寸法オフセットした位置に形成した筒内噴射エンジンにおいて、
前記旋回溝のそれぞれは少なくとも2種類の異なる溝幅とし、
前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料噴霧には、噴霧軸線に対して直角な面で見たときに、前記噴霧軸線を中心とする周方向に密度が密になる部分と粗になる部分とが形成され、
前記燃料噴射弁を前記密になる部分が点火プラグ方向になるように燃焼室に取り付けたことを特徴とする筒内噴射エンジン。 - 燃焼室側部に配置した燃料噴射弁から燃焼室上部に配置した点火プラグに向かって流動する空気流を形成し、点火タイミングの少し前に燃料噴射弁から燃料を噴霧してこの空気流に燃料噴霧を乗せて点火プラグの着火タイミングにちょうど燃料噴霧が点火プラグに到達するように構成し、前記燃料噴射弁のノズル部に、燃料噴射口の弁座に着座する弁体と、この弁体をガイドする通孔を有する燃料旋回素子を設け、この燃料旋回素子には周方向に間隔を置いて配置された旋回溝を設け、この旋回溝を燃料噴射口の中心軸線を通る仮想放射線に対して平行に所定寸法オフセットした位置に形成した筒内噴射エンジンにおいて、
前記旋回溝を1本又は3本有し、
前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料噴霧には、噴霧軸線に対して直角な面で見たときに、前記噴霧軸線を中心とする周方向に密度が密になる部分と粗になる部分とが形成され、
前記燃料噴射弁を前記密になる部分が点火プラグ方向になり、前記粗になる部分がピストン方向になるように燃焼室に取り付けたことを特徴とする筒内噴射エンジン。 - 請求項2に記載の筒内噴射エンジンにおいて、旋回溝を3本有し、3本の旋回溝を不等間隔に配置したことを特徴とする筒内噴射エンジン。
