Claims (4)
- 亜臨界または超臨界状態の流体を用いた焙焼魚介類含有成分抽出方法であって、酸素ナノバブル水に魚介類を浸ける工程と、前記魚介類を焙焼する工程と、亜臨界または超臨界状態の流体で前記焙焼した魚介類の含有成分を抽出する工程と、からなることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記酸素ナノバブル水は、気泡の直径が200nm以下であって、前記気泡内に酸素を含有する水溶液である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記亜臨界または超臨界状態の流体が二酸化炭素であって、前記焙焼した魚介類の含有成分を抽出する工程を、28〜35℃で60〜80気圧の状態で行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記魚介類は、魚介類の頭部である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
