Description
以下に、実施例および比較例で用いた試薬をまとめて示す。
NR:RSS#3
BR:日本ゼオン(株)製のニッポールBR1220
カーボンブラック(HAF):東海カーボン(株)製のシーストNH級(N2SA74m2/g)
セリサイト:日本フォラム(株)製のKM−8(アスペクト比15、平均粒子径17μm)
アロマチックオイル:出光興産(株)製のダイアナプロセスAH−24
酸化亜鉛:三井金属鉱業(株)製の酸化亜鉛
ステアリン酸:日本油脂(株)製の椿
老化防止剤:住友化学工業(株)製のアンチゲン6C(N−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−N’−フェニル−p−フェニレンジアミン)
ワックス:大内新興化学工業(株)製のサンノックN
硫黄:軽井沢硫黄(株)製の粉末硫黄
加硫促進剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製のノクセラーCZ(N−シクロヘキシル−2−ベンゾチアジルスルフェンアミド(CBS))
(転がり抵抗)
転がり抵抗試験機を用い、試験タイヤを、リム15×6JJ、内圧230kPa、荷重3.43kN、速度80km/時間の条件で走行させたときの転がり抵抗を測定した。比較例1の転がり抵抗値を100として、それぞれ指数表示した。指数が大きいほど転がり抵抗が小さく、良好である。
試験タイヤを車両(国際FF2000cc)の前輪に装着してテストコースを実車走行し、ドライバーの官能評価により操縦安定性を評価した。評価は10点を満点とし、比較例1を6点として相対評価を行なった。評点が大きいほど操縦安定性が良好である。
Claims (3)
- ジエン系ゴム成分100重量部に対して、アスペクト比が3〜30で、かつ平均粒子径が5〜30μmである薄板状天然鉱石を5〜120重量部含有することを特徴とするタイヤのベーストレッド用ゴム組成物。
- さらにカーボンブラックを含有し、薄板状天然鉱石の重量に対するカーボンブラックの重量比が1/8〜8/1である請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項1または2記載のゴム組成物からなるベーストレッドを有し、該ベーストレッドがトレッド全体の10〜40%の容積比率を占める空気入りタイヤ。
