Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a panel bonding structure for a dishwasher, and more particularly to a panel bonding structure for a dishwasher that does not require application of a sealing material for waterproofing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A dishwasher that automatically cleans dishes such as dishes, teacups, and cups after eating and drinking has been installed and widely used in kitchens such as coffee shops and restaurants, and in general households. FIG. 2 is an external view of the dishwasher. The dishwasher 10 includes a rectangular washing tank 12 having an opening 12a formed in an upper portion thereof, and a box-shaped door casing 14 that covers the washing tank 12 from above and defines a washing chamber therein. The door handle 18 is pivoted upwardly about the hinge portion 20 by lifting the door handle 18 attached to the door casing 14 via the link rod 16 when the tableware is taken in and out of the washing room. Then, the door casing 14 is lifted, and the opening 12a of the cleaning tank 12 is opened.
[0003]
When washing with dishes in the washing chamber, the door handle 18 is rotated downward about the hinge portion 20 to cover the washing chamber with the door casing 14, and a washing nozzle (not shown) provided in the washing tank 12. Then, the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the dishes, and then rinse water is sprayed onto the dishes to wash the dishes. At this time, since the cleaning liquid and the rinsing water are scattered in the cleaning chamber, and the inner surface of the door casing 14 is exposed to the cleaning liquid and the rinsing water, the door casing 14 is disposed so that the cleaning liquid and the rinsing water do not leak out from the door casing 14. It is necessary to manufacture liquid-tight.
[0004]
FIG. 3A is a view of the conventional door casing 14 as viewed from obliquely above. The door casing 14 is manufactured by joining a trunk panel 22 bent into a rectangular cylindrical shape and a top panel 24 that covers an opening on the upper surface, and a cleaning chamber is defined on the inner surfaces of the panels 22 and 24. It is to be made. FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional view taken along line IIIb-IIIb in FIG. The conventional door casing 14 is bent so that the outer peripheral portion 24a of the top panel 24 is depressed by the thickness of the panel, and the upper end portion 22a of the trunk panel 22 is bent at a right angle in the horizontal direction. The upper end portion 22a is superposed on the outer peripheral portion 24a of the top panel 24, and the upper end portion 22a and the outer peripheral portion 24a are joined by spot welding. However, since spot welding alone cannot provide a liquid-tight seal between the two, the sealing material 26 is applied to the joint. Alternatively, spot welding (seal / spot welding) is performed between the upper end portion 22a to which the sealing material 26 has been applied in advance and the outer peripheral portion 24a.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The door casing 14 of the conventional dishwasher uses a sealing material in order to improve the sealing performance. However, when the dishwasher is used for a long period of time, this sealant will be exposed to oil components contained in hot cleaning liquids and dish soil for a long period of time. It has been pointed out that it deteriorates with time, causes crevice corrosion at the joint, and impairs the durability and reliability of the dishwasher.
[0006]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been proposed in order to suitably solve the above-mentioned drawbacks inherent in the panel joining structure of a dishwasher according to the prior art, and has excellent sealing performance and concerns about crevice corrosion. It aims at providing the panel joining structure of the dishwasher which does not have.

Manufactured top plate panel is joined to the barrel panel to covering the upper opening of the cylindrical body panel, the panel of the dishwasher having a door casing cleaning chamber is defined by the inner surface of the two panels In the junction structure,
The matching is bent toward the joint portion of the body panel and the top plate panel on the inner surface lower, the tip portion of the joint portion butted of both panels, the gap and without welded over the entire length of the joining line of the two panels,
A tip portion of the joint portion is separated from a portion where the burn mark by the welding is bent by a distance that is not on the outer surface of the door casing .
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, a panel joining structure for a dishwasher according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by giving a preferred embodiment. Note that the basic configuration of the dishwasher is as described in the prior art with reference to FIG.
[0009]
Fig.1 (a) is the figure which looked at the door casing of the dishwasher based on one Example of this invention from diagonally upward. The exterior of the door casing 30 according to the present embodiment is the same as that of the conventional door casing shown in FIG. 3 (a), and is a top panel that covers the trunk panel 32 bent into a rectangular cylindrical shape and the opening on the upper surface. It is manufactured by joining the plate panel 34 and is configured to define a cleaning chamber on the inner surfaces of both panels 32, 34.
[0010]
FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view taken along line Ib-Ib of FIG. In the top panel 34 of the door casing 30 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1B, an outer peripheral portion 34a as a joining portion is bent downward by a right angle by a width d. Further, the upper end portion 32a of the trunk panel 32 is first bent at a right angle in the horizontal direction, and then the tip end portion 32b as a joining portion is bent downward at a right angle by the same width d as the bending width of the outer peripheral portion 34a. Yes.
[0011]
And the outer peripheral part 34a of the top panel 34 and the front-end | tip part 32b of the trunk | drum panel 32 are faced | matched so that it may become a form of worship. That is, the joint portions 34 a and 32 b of the adjacent panels 34 and 32 are bent and faced to the inner surface side of the door casing 30. Further, the front end of the outer peripheral portion 34a of the top panel 34 and the front end of the front end portion 32b of the trunk panel 32 are welded without a gap.
[0012]
This welding is performed by argon welding, which is a kind of electric welding in this embodiment, and the stainless steel top panel 34 and the trunk panel 32 are mutually welded at the welded portion (tip portion facing the door casing 30) 36 by molten stainless steel. To be welded. Further, welding is performed without a gap over the entire length of the joining line 38 (see FIG. 1 (a)) of the top panel 34 and the trunk panel 32 that have been brought together.
[0013]
[Effect of the embodiment]
Next, the operation of the panel joining structure of the dishwasher according to the above-described embodiment will be described.
[0014]
In the dishwasher of the present embodiment, the top panel 34 and the trunk panel 32 of the door casing 30 are abutted together and the joint is welded over the entire length by argon welding, so the joint is melted. Completely sealed by stainless steel. For this reason, even if cleaning liquid or oil is sprayed over the welded part over a long period of time, there is no concern that crevice corrosion will occur in the welded part. Compared to, it will be much improved.
[0015]
Further, as clearly shown in FIG. 1 (b), since the welded portion 36 exists at a position separated by a distance d on the inner side (back side) of the door casing 30, burn marks due to welding appear on the outer surface of the door casing 30. In addition, the appearance of the door casing 30 can be maintained without performing the burn removal operation, and the aesthetics of the dishwasher can be improved. Further, the bent portions (34a, 32b) of the distance d welded together function also as a reinforcing rib of the top plate, and the structure of the door casing 30 is strengthened.
[0016]
In addition, in the Example, although the case where the door casing was comprised from two members, a trunk | drum panel and a top panel, was demonstrated, regarding a trunk | drum panel, it is comprised by welding a some panel to a cylinder shape, In other words, it is only necessary that the joining portion has the joining configuration of the present invention.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the panel joining structure of the dishwasher according to the present invention, since the sealing material is not used for the joint portion between the panels, the sealing performance of the door casing is remarkably improved and the corrosion resistance is improved. It is possible to improve the durability and reliability of the dishwasher. In addition, the welded tip portion at the joint portion is separated from the inner side of the door casing by a distance that is not burned by welding on the outer surface of the door casing. Thus, it is possible to improve the beauty of the dishwasher. Furthermore, the bent portions that have been welded together also function as reinforcing ribs for the top plate, thereby strengthening the structure of the door casing.
