Claims (18)
- 少なくとも2つのラッカー層で被覆されたフィルムにおいて、担体フィルム(1)上に少なくとも1つの放射線硬化可能なラッカー層(2)が存在し、熱的に硬化可能で、かつ、放射線によっても硬化可能である少なくとも1つの第2のラッカー層(3)が存在し、第2のラッカー層(3)上に接着剤(4)が注型されているか、積層されているか、または転写されていることを特徴とする、少なくとも2つのラッカーで被覆されたフィルム。
- 放射線硬化可能な層(2)が顔料着色されていないクリヤラッカー層である、請求項1記載のフィルム。
- 第2のラッカー層(3)が顔料着色された上塗りラッカー層である、請求項1または2記載のフィルム。
- ラッカー層(2)および(3)がUV線により硬化可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 放射線硬化可能なラッカー層(2)が1μm〜400μmの厚さを有し、第2のラッカー層(3)が10μm〜60μmの厚さを有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 接着剤(4)の接着性が化学線での前架橋によって調節可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 接着剤(4)がUV線により硬化可能である、請求項6記載のフィルム。
- 接着剤(4)の厚さが4μm〜20μmである、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 担体フィルム(1)が深絞り加工能を有し、熱的に安定である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 担体フィルム(1)がポリプロピレンからなる、請求項9記載のフィルム。
- 担体フィルム(1)が40μm〜100μmの厚さを有する、請求項9または10記載のフィルム。
- 担体フィルムが50μm〜70μmの厚さを有する、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 接着剤層(4)上にさらに補強フィルム(5)、剥離フィルム(7)およびフィルム(8)(例えば、Luran S)が塗布されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。
- 接着剤上に25μm〜50μmの厚さを有する補強フィルム(5)が塗布されている、請求項13記載のフィルム。
- 熱変形可能な複合体の製造のために1000μm以下の厚さを有するフィルム(8)が接着剤上に塗布されている、請求項13記載のフィルム。
- 請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルムの製造法において、ラッカー層(2)および(3)をほぼ同時の被覆によりウェット‐オン‐ウェット被覆法で担体フィルム(1)上に塗布し、引続き熱的乾燥によって溶剤を系から取り去ることを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルムの製造法。
- 第2のラッカー層上に接着剤が被覆された剥離フィルムを貼り合わせるかまたは転写する、請求項16記載の方法。
- 鋼、アルミニウムおよびプラスチックからなる支持体を被覆するための請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載のフィルムの使用。
